This is the perfect tree. First, the pink color is so pretty, perfect for myer little spoiled princess. My cat is older now and she has a huge cat tree but I don't like her jumping down from the top level anymore. It's so high & I'm worried about her breaking a bone. I actually bought another tree about 24" right before this one and it's too small. I just donated it today to a shelter. This one is the perfect height. The top layer is a nice wide plush level. It's plenty big for a bigger cat or 2 smaller kitties. It's so easy to put together. I barely needed the diagram. Everything fits perfectly. I've had many, many cat trees over the years and this one is by far the absolute best. It's very sturdy too. My little princess is not a delicate girl. She's bigger & she doesn't know her own strength or weight. She jumps and poops herself on the top level and it doesn't even move. That top level is the best for sleeping. She naps up there and there is plenty of room for her crazy napping positions. It's a quality product. Fir my older cat, I am worried about her health and this smaller tree is perfect for my cats health.

Our Maine Coon Cat loves this Cat Tree, whether he's resting atop in the spacious upper perch, scritching one of the pair of scratching posts, or having fun playing in either of the boxes. What kitty doesn't like a box? There's two! The construction is solid, the tower very sturdy, stable. We owned an earlier version of this same tower and noticed the little upgrades in this, such as better hardware, additional washers. The cloth material is soft and plush, the sisal on the scratching posts wearing well. The lightly padded insert for the upper perch makes for a peaceful place of respite, too. Assembly was straightforward, easy.

All the cats love it! Suitable for several at one time. Thats if they share! Nice height to look out the window! Easy to clean. The supports make this nice and stable. Good value!

Very good little cat tree for my elderly cat. My bed frame is very tall and he scrabbles to get up onto it, so I got this for him to have a platform to jump onto to get into the bed. It’s very sturdy and the top bed has a mat that can be removed for cleaning. He scratches the posts on the bottom often, I think he loves the jute. One thing I don’t like, I was hoping it would act more like a staircase where he could jump onto the first box and then to the top, but the design is too compact for that. He is a very big cat though, 16 pounds and still skinny mini, so it’s always hard to find cat towers that work for him. At the very least, he loves the top bed and the cubbies are large so he hides comfortably in the bottom cubby when the vacuum is going or when something else makes him uncomfortable.

It was easy to put together. It worked phenomenally well for my kittens. However, my male grew quite large and after 6 years, I need a new one. He tore the covering with his claws. I suggest wrapping sisal rope all the way to the top of the posts if you have long cats or bigger breeds. There was no smell. The young cats had a ton of fun. Now that my male is ginormous he only lays on the top watching birds outside. I put a chair nearby so he can get up there without it wobbling. Over all I give it full 5 stars.

Pros: 1. very easy to assemble. extremely well designed and engineered. Easier to assemble than Ikea products. The screws etc all fit in beautifully and comes with all tools needed. Took me less than 30 mins to assemble and I am not a DIY guy 2. My cat took to it even as the package arrived. Somehow he sensed it was for him. He snuggles on the top and sleeps there peacefully all stretched out. 3. The top is large. 19" x 15" (inside) and very cushiony. My large cat can stretch out and sleep (he likes doing that) and not just curl and sleep as the space is large enough 4. The tree is very sturdy and well made (no need to anchor it). Does not wobble when he jumps on and off it. (He is almost 12lbs) 5. I like the fact that the upper condo has 2 entrances so he can get in one and see out the other and provides ample light coming in. 6. There is some space between the bottom condo and the top sleeping area that way he can use the top of the bottom condo as a slight step to get on/off the top (he does that at times) as he has only 3 legs 7. The screws are flush and there is enough padding to not only not scratch the floor (from bottom) but also not to hurt him in other areas. On the top there is a covering cushion to cover the screws. 8. The top cushion comes off in case you need to wash it. 9. My cat loves this tree and really uses the top to sleep and laze around for hours at an end 10. Comes with a 30 month warranty (not that I anticipate using this but then you never know) 11. Thanks to the seller answers and other answers helped me decide on ordering this item Cons: 1. My cat really does not use the bottom condo (as yet) and I have to coax him with treats to actually go in the second condo (hoping he will use at least one of them) ... hope that's just a matter of a few days / weeks before he starts using them. No product cons I can report as such. If you have a large cat and need a stable cat tree this is by far the best value for money. It is counter height so not very tall and perfect for me as my cat does not like to sit in my lap but likes to keep company by laying down next to me when I work etc. Given the height of this is counter / table height is perfect as he lays there next to me while I do what I need to do. No hesitation so far in recommending this product to any one and it does not break a budget conscious shopper either. Will update this in a few months.

Wow, what can I say... I have two beautiful and slightly crazy long-haired grey cats. My Augs is kind of huge, last weighing in at around 14 lbs. And he's long, and he likes to stretch out. I always watch out to make sure he can fit in cubes or cat trees. Alex, my other boy, is around 11 lbs, and he's more petite. I got this today, and put it together (you might notice-- backwards! Gah!! But I'll fix it when I can get the cats out/off). They LOVE it already. It's not too tall (Auggie also doesn't like jumping to/from heights). Tomorrow, I'll fix it so that I can anchor it to the wall (included!!!). I'm thrilled with this! Great size, easy to assemble, it's Grey so shedding won't be a big deal for us, seems good quality/sturdy, and my cats already love it! A+! I got it for our living room, and it's perfect for what I wanted. I stuck a CD/DVD in the photo of the top (with Auggie in it, too, because he won't get out! LOL) - so you can get a better feel for the true size of the bed up top. The only thing I would mention is that if you don't anchor it, an older or more cautious cat may have trouble getting up to the top. Not a lot of level to climb there to the side, and the bed insert isn't affixed, which is mostly a nice bonus, except if he uses his claws to climb onto it, then it moves and gets all bunched up to one side under the cat. If you can't anchor, maybe consider a secondary stair next to it or cube (if needed). I have zero complaints. Very satisfied, to the point of buying another if I could find a place for it.
