Great grinder, got it on a good deal as well

My coffee journey started a year ago with a blade grinder and a french press. It used to be a hit or a miss, sometimes I used to get ok tasting coffee and sometimes it was too bitter. A few months passed and I switched to a moka pot. The results were much better but still lacked consistency. I had read about burr grinders but I was skeptical if it would make much difference. I continued using the blade grinder was usually happy with my coffee but still there were days when the coffee would taste terrible. A couple of weeks ago I thought about giving a handheld burr grinder a try. Did some research and saw this one on discount for £79. It had good reviews on Amazon and Youtube so I bought it. Brewed a batch with my moka pot and the coffee tasted very different in a good way. Next day I decided to give my old French press a try with a coarser grind at 23 clicks. The coffee tasted much much better than I had ever managed to brew using the blade grinder with my French press. I am going to experiment with different levels of fineness to see what works best for me but overall I am very happy with the purchase so far if it lasts long. It is expensive but still quite affordable. I wish I had bought it sooner.

Very good piece of equipment if you want to have a freshly brewed coffee from beans

This coffee grinder works very well for various coffee brewing methods. I grinds from fine to coarse texture. To grind a finer sandy texture you have to put in more muscle power and the courser grind is much easier. Its is also aesthetically pleasing to the eye and to handle. Feels good quality and works very well.

I bought this for my partner. He had no idea I was getting him one, but I think he loves it (in a blokey sort of way), he called his visiting son in to show him, so that's as good as it gets in his excitement levels. What I didn't realise when I was choosing this as his Christmas gift was that it was going to turn me into a coffee drinker too. I like a nice weak coffee but normally only have about 10 cups a year, but I am a once a day coffee drinker now. This grinder is just so lovely and easy to use. To do my 30-40 grains takes about 12 turns, it gives a very satisfying noise, we don't clean it after use, as it doesn't get mucky. You can adjust it to grind granules to your size choice. I have petite hands so it's not the easiest of motions, but also it's not that hard either.

Good quality hand grinder for the money - I researched it well and this one came out highly rated for the cost. Just be ready to build up your muscles as, like with all hand grinders, it can be hard work vs an electric one (but with no chance of the electrics failing!)

Get the one with the foldable handle. This coffee grinder is like a fine Swiss Watch that grinds your coffee. It's a fun tactile way to start your day, or bring a nice pick me up in anytime you need it. Once you get your grind set which is easy It's a simple 45 second process and you have freshly ground coffee. Everything about this grinder feels like precision. I really recommend the unit with the foldable handle, it makes keeping a clear countertop much easier. Just get it. It's worth every penny.

Producto muy correcto en calidad y funcionalidad. Sólo debes tener en cuenta, que vas a moler para 1 o a lo sumo dos tazas de una vez. Lo recomiendo.

I had an old blade grinder that stopped working and I wanted to replace it with a better quality grinder. This one is great. It’s really well machined. It turns so easy and grinds well. I love that they have the little bag and that the handle folds for travel (there’s a little rubber bit on the underside of the handle so it doesn’t bump and damage the shaft of the grinder when folded). We won’t take it backpacking cause it’s a bit heavy but we’ll bring it in our trailer for boondocking trips. It has a nice range of settings, it’s satisfying to use and I’m happy that we have it. If it went missing I’d buy it again.
