Ozark Trail DurableTension Rocking Chair

Bought this chair Oct. 2018, (5months ago) and today it ripped!What gives? Besides the chair seat!

I really like this chair. I wish the head portion of the chair came up more so I could relax my head back. Also, if I sit up straight in the chair it goes waaaaay back, as if I am going to fall back. So I scoot down a little further to compensate. But it’s a fold up rocking chair which is what I wanted.
