Definitely could lift more using this without worrying about grip strength. One thing to remember though, that your grip can’t be released suddenly. Since you’re hooked to the machine or weight. So you need to be careful when releasing the weights. They require a little presence of mind. Fit is as advertised.quality of the hooks and durability is high
