I have been subscribed monthly to this item for at least 6 months, and have had ZERO problems with the items or packaging. Every Women is different when it comes to being discreet, sensitive and careful with Pre-Menstrual or Post-Menstrual or various vaginally issues. This product, for more that 6 Months, has been wonderful and useful to me Pre- Menstrual AND Post-Menstrual; which means before (Pre) the flow starts to get heavy, but it still does it's "thing" with a small flow, and after (Post) the heavy-flow when the menstrual comes to an end. These are not designed for heavy flows as you would have to keep changing soon and quick than the normal "Towels/Pads" BUT they are absorbent for the smallest of flows. The Liners are indeed discreet and suitable for people whom might have sensitive genitals, like myself. I am not a 100% certain if they are suitable for people whom have Genital Medical Issues, so I cannot give you a specific review. I am only relaying relevant information regarding my personal experience on why I use them and what for, which is; Sensitive Genitals, Pre-Menstrual and Post-Menstrual. WARNING - I am very aware that everyone's personal experience of Sensitive Genitals could be different to mine so please be careful when using them. Medical note - I also use these everyday because due to my mental illnesses they affect my menstrual cycle, sometimes I won't get my normal flow but it is "Always" useful to use these for comfort, absorbance, discretion and preparation for the smallest of flows. I recommend trying it for yourself and seeing if it is suitable for you. Like I said before I can only write a review regarding my experience and Every woman is different. My apologies to the readers if I am making you uncomfortable with my formal and informal language, it is very hard for me to have conversation about Menstruals, so I will explain things simple and in my own way that I believe people will understand, if you do not understand I sincerely apologise to.
