Does this work with garmin vivoactive 4s?

I have no clue what the seller is talking about. I have a Garmin Venu 2 plus and the 20mm fits perfectly fine.. also fits my Vivoactive 3.

Will this work with an itech fusion 2 watch?

This band is sold from 18mm to 22mm. If your original watch band is in between then it will fit.

They sell them in different colors but they might be out on certain sizes.

Can you make a shorter length? The extra strap material catches on everything and wears out the strap.

I don't see how the extra strap material could cause the problem your are describing. The part of the strap that attaches to the part going around your wrist attaches 100% of its length to the layer around your wrist, right up to the end of the strap. There is no "extra strap material" - it's all attached neatly by Velcro. I know it took me a few tries to understand how to attach the strap. Perhaps you need to recheck the instructions. Bottom, line, if attached correctly, this strap does not cause the problem you are describing.
