Well, is it a Pultizer or Nobel Prize contender???
Let me say that I paid for this with my own $$. I have been trading professionally for over 11 years. I was inspired to purchase this book via Modern_Rock by reading his tweets for the past year or two.I receive no endorsement or sponsorship in my review of this book. In fact, I am still banned from InvestorsUnderground on Twitter. LOL Guess, they think I am a FURU or a bot. Whatever??? I do not care.In regards to your book, Mr. Dahl. Do, I think you will get a Pulitzer or Nobel Prize? Well, you have just as good a chance as I do to make $1 million in a day. When, I read/analyze this book I look at the variables you discuss. You go into such great detail with each of the traders. They all have unique styles and issues. You really show there humanity and motivation. They talk about there successes and failure in unbelievable detail. I really appreciate the work you have put into this book.I also appreciate the traders and there honesty of the variables they use to make those decisions. That alone has given my verification in my style of trading. Also, this has enlighten me to look at things differently and refocus on certain variables.I intend to finish reading the last chapter of this book later this week. If I foresee any changes in my review. I will update accordingly. The only reason why I have not finished the last Chapter is because of Nathan M. I blocked him before he blocked me on twitter several years ago. Because, he seemed annoying at the time with all of his tweets. Maybe, I will reconsider. Guess, I will just have to get over my own variables. ;-)I look forward to your next book. Thank You again, for putting so much detail into this book.Thank You & Be SafeWoody Boca

Great trading book - Thanks Michele.
I bought the book a week ago and just finished my first read of it, getting started on the second now. I have been a part of http://www.tradeonthefly.com/ the last six months and have seen a substantial improvement in my trading since joining. Michele Koenig who is featured in this book as "The Swing Trader" recommended this book on her site and I am glad she did. Most books will concentrate on a certain trading style but this book reviewed the most important aspects of very successful traders with very different strategies so new traders can get a realistic view of what each style and strategy would entail. If you are a new trader and are not sure which strategy or path of trading would be best for you, this book will make that decision easier so you don't wast time and money with a strategy that is counter-productive. After reading through the different traders and their various trading strategies I know I made the right decision by joining Michel's site. I don' t think the length of Michele's passage in this book really does her justice, particularly because her strategy would be the best for most new traders, IMO. Having said all that, I highly recommend this book for new traders or experienced traders that want a quick but realistic view of different ways to trade.Johnathen Schreiman (Not Mark Schreiman)

Worthwhile
This book has interviews from ten momentum traders, and they all subscribe to a website/service called Investors Underground. Evidently most of the traders use the same trading method: short-selling over-promoted penny stocks that run up very rapidly and fall very rapidly. It's the same method that Timmy Sykes used back in the day (but now he sells instructional videos and such).Side note: personally I don't trade this way because it's not scalable (even Timmy admitted this when his hedge fund went belly up) and too noisy; I'm an O'Neil/Morales/Kacher kind of trader who waits for large moves in stocks with solid fundamentals. However I think this book is worth reading because you get a glimpse of the backgrounds of ten good traders. I always like reading how other successful traders got started, but I found myself skipping the parts of the interviews where they discussed their specific trading methods (because I trade differently).I'd like to recommend another book I read recently that discusses successful people's backgrounds and stories - Getting There: A Book of Mentors by Gillian Zoe Segal. This book is not focused on trading, although Warren Buffett is the first interviewee.

if you are a trader or your thinking about trading you should invest in this book ! i was thinking the whole thing may be one big infomercial about investors underground but thats just not the case,.im not a momo trader but a swing trader but found alot of tips from traders that are at the top of their game .alot of us see these people on youtube but you dont really get anything out of them but Dahl asked them all the stuff a trader would ask and they layed it right out there.i follow modern rock on twitter but never knew about his trading ,he and all of the others have a great story to tell .thanks for the tips guys and you too Michele !

Best trading book I have read to date.
Real stories from real people. It is a "pearls of wisdom" book, not a how to guide, but the information was invaluable. Plus, each interview provided the interviewee's twitter handle. It made you feel like you had a direct connection to the stories. Like little celebrities you can actually get in touch with. Plus, it is always nice to hear that the big guys failed at some point, too. Very encouraging book. Sure, it is a little bit of marketing, but helpful marketing. The actual book itself was a really good printing quality, too. In the end, I think it is worth the price.

Welcome to the MOMO ..
I found this book to be highly entertaining and informative. I specifically enjoyed the way it was written, to the point with relevant questions and answers, no BS. The story of Tom O'Reilly stood out to me to be especially entertaining. Tom gives a unique look in to a world most retail traders can't remotely fathom; a tremendous trove of information of how and why. I highly recommend this book to all.
