love the taste,i steep it about 8 min's then add just a bit of honey and chill it for awhile in the frig,great! Am told it helps lower blood sugar levels too.

Smells amazing,a little bitter, knocks me out. I sleep deeply. Though there are other brands that a cheaper. Excellent quality. Perfect for insomnia. Highly recommend.

I wanted something that wasn't mixed with other things like ginger. You can see from the package label it's just guava leaves. They are in a triangular mesh tea bag. Just plain, I didn't find it strong tasting, just a planty taste that's milder than green tea. I may add some ginger tea to give it more zing. So far I like the mild flavor and, if desired, it will blend well with other flavors. Like this tea, will buy it again.

Really like the guava leaves.They are dried and smells like guava and keeps well. Great value for my money. I will buy more because they are really good

These guava tea bags work great for tea. I also use the tea for washing my hair, guava provided nutrients my hair needed and makes it shine. A 2 in one product is such a good deal.

Remove from tea bag before use so if you have like food safe tea bags or a sifter

Good tea. Was strong enough. I find with some teas I need to use 2 bags.
