Not sturdy
These racks are not as sturdy as I was hoping for. They fill thin enough for me to bend with my bare hands. They are apparently good for cooking and hopefully they will hold up.

fit my pan perfectly and no warping
perfect for my use of them and so reasonably priced. cooked a brisket for 7 hrs and the rack did not warp or turn. Also cooled a small batch of biscotti. great buy. thank you
