Industrial Lighting Solutions Sterilight S330RL Premium Compatible UV , UV-C Bulb for S2Q-PA S2Q S2Q-GOLD SC4 Germicidal Lamp

I installed both lights today and they did not work. i checked the ballast with the old bulbs (1 original and 1 compatible) there was no problem. I tried again with the new ones and it was the same problem. It goes on and off repeatedly.

Lamp didn’t turn on, tried with a different one and it worked. Actual item is very different from the one in the picture (e.g. white caps instead of green ones)
