This is a chonky power supply but it works great. I've used it the past couple years to power custom lights on my Christmas tree. Both cords are long enough that I had no issues tucking the brick discretely out of view. It's easy to use and I've recently pulled it out of storage to test an LED matrix panel that required 12v, that's what the attached photos are showing. The DC plug is a 5.5x2.5mm type that's fairly common and generic. It provides a stable 12 volts and works with just about anything that runs on 12v.

Since writing the original review I was contacted by the seller Alitove and informed the unit I had my have a firmware issue causing it to become noisy, they sent me an updated unit that is absolutely silent. No more audible hum! So I’ve updated the rating accordingly. 1 extra Star for silence, and 1 for great customer service. On a side note, the green and black female dc jack is holding up well. Even at a full 8a, With no warmth. -original review- Works as designed but makes an audible noise under even a small load, just gets louder when drawing full 8 amps. Worried the female head it cane with will eventually give out as the green and black plastic heads are usually only rated for 5a will update if it does.
