I've used a couple of these capsules now with my pre-workout drink before hitting the gym. Serious gym rats will know that the original blue pills are put to good use in the gym and will know what I mean. For those that don't, this sort of pill is used to great effect for a skin-splitting pump when lifting. These are small gold capsules, and are dead easy to swallow. The box contains a strip of ten. For £19.95 at the time of review, they're not the best value out there but they do actually work as intended. I didn't suffer as much of the typical side effects for me using these capsules, which involves a slightly stuffy head and a blocked nose, which tends to appear about an hour after consumption and lasts about an hour thereafter. I wasn't optimistic when I took one given the absence of the side effects but I had a pretty decent pump in the gym. Maybe it's a capsule thing because I've taken a couple of different brands now and the side effects seem to be less for me with capsules as opposed to the pills. They work best for me for gym use in conjunction with a good pre-workout, taken about 30 minutes before lifting. As for bedroom use, I find that for a window of about five hours after consumption, I stand to attention at the slightest provocation so I'm pretty sure they'll provide some impressive stamina in that department, should my plumbing start letting me down. If needed specifically for the bedroom, I find that they’re best taken around an hour beforehand, empty stomach and plenty of water. I can recommend these capsules either for the gym or the bedroom. Or both.

Easy to swallow, with them being odorless and tasteless. They work and do boost your stamina, especially if you are planning on doing a work out. They haven't shown any bad side effects as of yet, which is brilliant.

have tried a few variations of the supplements that aim to mimic the popular blue pill, but i tend to use these in the context of wanting more energy rather than bedroom adventures, as i work long hours in hospitality and can do with a real spring in my stride. These capsules are tasteless and odourless and easy to swallow, which i like. Its strictly over 18yrs of age and 1 capsule a day with plenty of water and with all these types of products / supplements, any medical conditions, high blood pressure etc must be checked out first. Taken 30-45 minutes to allow the effects to kick in, I find these supplements have really made a difference to me and the effect can be felt for several hours. Most of these supplements contain ginseng to name one of the 7 elements in this particular formula. When your looking at prices on Amazon online, they also carry the unit cost as well, which is helpful for comparisons. This is a 700mg formula and there are 10 capsules included with a long use before date, so plenty of life in them. Overall i will certainly use them with my work energy needs, certainly effective.

These are a decent alternative to the more expensive blue pills. The pills themselves are quite large so took them with plenty of water. It took around one hour for them to have the desired effect, but unfortunately I did have some side effects, which were a stuffy nose and a slight discolouration to my vision for a while, but other than that they worked a treat.

I’m sorry to say that I haven’t been impressed by these Zenestry supplements. Yes, they do work for me, but the effect is far less obvious than I‘ve found with similar ‘male performance’ supplements. In fact I’ve had to try them three times to convince myself that they had actually added to my, er, ‘natural enthusiasm’. This compares to the best brands in the market, which I can tell have diverted blood flow to the relevant area even before I’m aroused. Of course, you may find they work differently for you. But, for me, they don’t match the best in the market, and so I can only award three stars.

It seems like a while since I had to give a performance tablet like this a bad review as I feel over the past few years they are all getting much better. This is another fine example of this kind of tablets. They do the job well and I have no complaints. I find they take a bit over an hour to properly kick in so a slight bit of preplanning is required but that is the only draw back with this tablet. I've tried some in the past where the effects only manifest after a good couple of hours so this tablet isn't so bad when compared to those. The tablet itself is the film coated capsule kind and are quite large when compared to other capsule tablets. For this particular market however, I find that the size is quite similar to others. I'm not particularly great when it comes to swallowing tablets but I don't have any difficulty swallowing these ones. Whatever you do, do not bite into them as they taste disgusting if try.

Did nothing to increase libido I'm afraid - cannot recommend

These pills are a great stamina boost. Great for gym work outs. Taken 30 minutes before exercise the pills give you the extra boost to work hard. Easy to swallow. No side effects felt.
