Very healthy product
Very good product, consumer reports rates it highly. Price and taste are also very good. My only complaint is the design of the container. The lid is the same width of the jar and sometimes you need 2 hands to unscrew.

Most Recommended by Consumer Reports for No Lead
Not crazy about the taste and gets clumpy (which is why they recommend a blender) but it is one of the only protein powders recommended by Consumer Reports that doesn't contain traces of lead, so that's good enough for me. Sugar content seems a bit high.

They need to get a chocolate flavor like ON nutrition
Awesome product and good taste the scoop sixes are ridiculously large like all the rest and scared to try the milk chocolate which I love and hate vanilla which I have consumer reports this is the only brand with zero lead or mercury. Check it out

Tastes great
I make milkshakes with these. When I used the recommended portions, it was super thick and slimy. I make half the powder it says with the full amount of milk and the rest of the blender with ice and it tastes great. Definitely saw slight results after a week!

Tastes good and great value! Would buy again!
Tastes good, good quality and doesn’t ruin the appetite. Great price compared to others. Decent sugar content.

YOU NEED A BLENDER. IT TASTE AWFUL.
Was excited to try this because I struggle with appetite and eating even 1900 calories a day. So I began looking into what my options are for what’s out there and started researching what’s best. Which landed me here, and I ordered it. Just got it actually, so I’m writing this as im about to drink it. Let me just start off by saying - you need a blender to even make this mix well. I unfortunately did not know that and all I have are shaker bottles and a traditional whisk. After finding out shaker bottles don’t even stand a chance I put it all in a big glass jar I’ve held onto and whisked by hand for a solid 40 minutes 😭😭 finally I am ready to drink it. And when I did, I gagged 😭 if you ever wondered what nut tastes like, this is it. (I got the vanilla flavor) and mind you, the 16 oz to 6 SCOOPS of the powder is an insane ratio. It was beyond thick I couldn’t even drink it from a straw. So I add more water and more water to get this to somewhat be more of a drinkable drink than a thick pudding consistency. After adding water and ice in probably at a good 32 oz I have to freaking drink and it’s beyond daunting way more then forcing myself to eat, let alone finish this god awful “drink” The taste is god awful with a terrible after taste. I immediately took this off my subscribe and save and will be looking for something else that’s more efficient with better taste. But I have to see this through. I don’t really want to go out and buy a blender but I don’t really see another choice- hand mixing for over half an hour? Forget about it. I will update later about if it works or not. I would assume so, just not sure that after adding more water if it changes the numbers. (Shaker bottle in photo is for reference)

A very good weight gainer for increasing calorie intake and muscle mass.
I bought MuscleTech 100% Mass Gainer to supplement my diet, and it has worked quite well for me. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie flavor is pleasant; it's not too sweet and is easy to drink, especially when prepared in a shake. It dissolves well and isn't as thick as other gainers I've tried. I mainly use it after workouts or between meals when I need to increase my calorie intake. The protein and carbohydrate content is high, so it's useful for building muscle mass. I like that it already includes creatine, which is a bonus and saves me from having to buy separate supplements. It's a good option if you train consistently and are looking for additional nutritional support alongside a proper diet.

DO NOT BUY. MADE ME SICK.
First time I had this was at work. I had 8 ounces of almond milk, 8 ounces of water, a banana, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/2 a cup of oats. I normally do this combination but with protein powder. Thought I'd try a mass gainer to add even more calories. Overall, it came up to just above 1,000 calories. Not a huge deal. I have had plenty of thousand calorie meals. The first night at work I felt sick within the first half an hour of taking it. My mouth was dry, my head was foggy, my mind was racing, I was pacing back and forth, when I was sitting down I was heavily tapping my right foot against the ground. I wanted to leave. I felt like I was having a panic attack. I sucked it up and worked my shift. When I got home I immediately made a hot bubble bath with espom salt, which I could only muster 5 minutes in without feeling the urge to get out, took some pepto and laid on my bed for about half an hour. I could finally move but I still felt sick. Better, but not back to normal. Had a good night sleep and woke up much better. Second night, which for me is right now, I had just the mass gainer powder, 8 ounces of almond milk and 8 ounces of water. Nothing added to it, figured it was probably too much calories, in particular carbs. Nope. Not only did the EXACT same thing happen as the previous it was so much worse. Having food in it helped, having no food in it at all made it stupidly worse. Everything that happened before x 10 and then now I have really bad gas and muscle stomach cramps. I had to leave work half an hour early. I also bike to work and back, and biking back, for the first half of my 10-mile ride back home I honestly thought I was going to have to pull over, vomit and/or pass out and call for an ambulance. It was awful. Again, I sucked it up. Focused on my breathing, telling myself this feeling isn't forever, it's temporary and I made it home. But now here I am after a hot shower, pepto and some water, and my stomach is massively cramping up. I didn't even use the entire 6 scoops as recommended. I only used half that amount BOTH times and I still feel like this. I also forgot to mention that I had to make an emergency trip to the restroom at work and when I did I had blood on my toilet paper. So, yeah, stay away from this mass gainer. If anything, this made me stay away from all mass gainers. Drink this if you want a dry mouth, stomach cramps, foggy head, racing mind, state of panic/dread and blood on your toilet paper. Plus gas. Never. Again.
