It's a lot bigger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise! Meaning I could use it during a lot or after a lot of Pilates exercises amongst other types of exercise. Also, very well made material, looks indestructible and I love that you can choose different colours. I tried it yesterday and it makes things a lot easier and it's great for someone like me who has a constant pain in my lower back. I would highly recommend! However, I did end up returning it because I needed to constantly adjust my workouts around it. Such a shame!

It does exactly what it says, my only gripe is that it’s really quite short and there’s an annoying seam running down the smooth part that you can feel if you have sensitive skin like me. I really hadn’t considered that foam rollers come in different lengths as the ones I’ve used before all seem to be a similar size, so this seems really small compared, so it took a little to get used to, as positioning requires thought and adjustment, other than that it does the job.

As an amateur bodybuilder, i have been through quite few different foam rollers over the years, and this one is definitely up there with the best. When used correctly it will help with DOMS, and hitting those tight knots in muscle tissue and injury prevention. I prefer the knobbly foam roller to the 'smooth' foam roller as the 'smooth' foam rollers can lose their shape after several months, you don't get that with the knobbly rollers as the foam seems to be better quality and built to last. Which very happy with for the price i paid for this one. All in all 5 star product and would recommend to anyone.

Super firm! Good size. Durable. Some of the other foam rollers lose their shape with sweat and overuse but this one is definitely better quality

I've used a standard foam roller in the past but wanted one that would really sort the knots out in my back after a game of squash, this worked from the first roll out. It might hurt a little but afterwards you feel great.

Not great unlike normal foam roller the material it’s made out of is soft which means you need to apply loads of pressure even to feel something. If I could I would return. Wouldn’t recommend this if you are looking to buy a foam roller for deep tissue massage.

Poor quality. Bought in Jul and the PVC pipe in the centre has a hair line crack the length of the pipe already. I weigh 11.5 Stone and used the product for nothing out of the ordinary. Will not purchase the same again and will look else where to replace
