I didn’t notice any stomach discomfort when taking this probiotic. I believe it helped with other gut issues I was experiencing. I didn’t notice any smell like some supplements have. It was moderate sized & easy to swallow. Item arrived on time & was packaged good.

This are a life changer I started taking them about a year ago and my stomach is so much better. I will take these for life that’s how good they are and they are a reasonable price also.

I’ve been taking these probiotics for a few weeks now and overall I’m pretty happy with them. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the formula has a really high CFU count with multiple strains, plus extras like cranberry and D-mannose for women’s health support. I mainly bought them to help with digestion and bloating, and I did notice things started to feel more balanced after about a week or so. I also appreciate that they don’t have a weird aftertaste and they seem pretty gentle compared to some probiotics I’ve tried before. The only downside for me is that you have to take two capsules a day, and the bottle smell when you open it is a little strong (which seems common with probiotics). Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed. Overall though, they seem like a solid probiotic with a lot of ingredients packed in, and I’d probably buy them again.

Safe ,no problems from this brand ,or pill ,no upset stomach,medium capsule but easy to swallow, also tasteless. VEGAN

I love these probiotics and I love the price even more. They have no taste or smell and they are fairly small. I haven’t had any side effects of any sort and would definitely recommend to someone looking for something more affordable!

Fantastic product! I've tried many brands and this is one of the best. If you have trouble*going* take two before bed. You will clear out in the morning. Keeps my skin healthy and my immune system strong. Will repurchase.

Update one month in: For girlies like me who suffer from PMS mood and physical symptoms and omg the cravings please give this a try. I wanted to buy a chocolate yesterday to prepare for PMS omg wanted to throw up from the sight of anything sweet or sugary. Also my baked good cravings are gone with this one. I’m eating healthy thanks to this. Im taking 30 minutes before breakfast with plenty of water remember plenty and that alone is enough to control my cravings all day long and hunger crashes. Energy is up and able to lift weights at the gym. Added magnesium glycinate at night and these two are powerhouses to push through the luteal phase mood swings and hunger crashes. It was giving me stomach upset and 90 billion seemed to be bit high, but with time you will get used to it. I’m only taking half the dosage. Original: What a surprise next thing I noticed, I didn’t feel hungry anymore and I couldn’t stand the sight of sugary snacks and even noticed a little sugar added to my coffee seemed too sweet. I suffer from fatigue and taking these improved my fatigue in few days only. I also suffer from PMDD and it alls starts once I ovulate and this time none of that. I am also taking Ollys saffron supplements along with this so maybe that made a slight difference as well. However, I don’t know the science behind it but my stomach is not hungry anymore and I started eating healthier along with this and eat less and still have so much energy that I started weightlifting lol. Give this try and maybe work your way up because two capsules were too much for me.
