They do the job and let more air in but super uncomfortable and probably wouldn’t wear it for exercise.

This nasal dilator is absolutely amazing. It actually does just what it says on the box. It's giving me around about 60 too 70% better breathing through my nose, especially when I'm doing some strenuous manouvours around my flat/and when I'm doing activities around the area where I live.

These absolutely do work, but sadly the Small size was actually still a bit too big for me. Maybe I need a kid's size (do they even make those??). I was hoping to use this instead of nasal strips, as it essentially does the same job of opening up the airways, and the nasal strips give me skin breakouts if I use them every night. Unfortunately this is too deep for me (from the top of the device to the septum), by a good 8mm, meaning that the under-nose curve hung down past the end of my nose by about 8mm. I know how to use these, and know that I was inserting it correctly, so...maybe they need to reconsider their sizing (as I noticed that a few reviews written by self-professed full-grown blokes who ordered Small and found it fitted them). I will try again with another manufacturer, as although I liked this one, when I went to their website it seems like both of the sizes (Small and Large) are actually the same height; it's only the width that changes. So that effectively rules them out, I'm afraid. Since they don't have a shorter one at all, that effectively rules them out, I'm afraid. Also I will mention that none of the models in those photos are wearing a full nasal dilator--they clearly have just the cut-off septum part pushed up their nose! I've worn several types, and seen athletes of varying size wearing them, and you absolutely *can always* see a dilation of the upper nose, to either side. That's what they do, for heaven's sake; they open up the nostrils! So I have no idea why they did this. Honestly, people are not that vain that they can't handle a little bit of visible dilation of their nostrils! I will say that the little nodules to lock the sports version in is a really nice idea. It takes a little bit more getting used to, but it's a really nice reassurance that the device isn't going to jolt out. Again, these unfortunately rested on the visible tip of my septum as the unit was too big, but I can see the advantage of having them. So...all in all, I'd say this is a good device of pretty good quality, but be careful of the sizing, as if you're a slighter woman, even the Small size is going to be too big to use.

Since my allergies started acting up, my nose always gets completely blocked when I lay down to sleep. I wasn’t too sure these would work since they were advertised to stop snoring but I was pleased to realise they kept my nostrils open the entire night. I still have a stuffy nose, but I also can breath much easier with this product.

Doesn’t dilate the full nostril—just the part near the bridge—so my nostrils still close around it when breathing in. Might work if you only need the internal part of the nostril dilated but a very disappointing waste of money in my case.

Great little item well made and after a short time very comfortable to wear during night and day I use it more during day as ime practicing nose breathing and the air max really helps keeping the airways in my nose dilated

Ich habe als Frau die Grösse S. Ich kann es gut rein machen. Beim 1x hat es gekitzelt, aber das lag daran, das ich es viel zu vorsichtig und langsam gemacht habe. Ich benutze es fürs joggen und beim Rennrad fahren. Naseputzen muss ich jetzt kaum. Kann wesentlich besser atmen. Klare Kaufempfehlung
