I have been using mattress protectors, & mattress encasements for a number of years now, & I have to say that this one is probably the best one that I have found yet! First off, I love the fact that this made with bamboo rayon, & it is made from a sustainable & renewable fabric (which is also naturally somewhat antibacterial). This is waterproof, which is part of the reason that I got it, but it is completely quiet, & does not have the same feel to it compared to all of the other waterproof mattress encasements that I have used in the past. This is extremely comfortable to sleep on (under my sheets), & helps to keep me from sweating in my sleep. My spouse & I were able to put a mattress pad on top of our mattress, & the encasement keeps the mattress pads (we have 2 twin mattress pads on our king size bed) in place without them slipping. Not only that, this keeps our sheets from slipping on the mattress as well. This was a bit of a pain to get on our mattress, but only because we don't have a lot of walkway around our bed. And because of this, I don't plan to wash this, unless I absolutely have to. This does resist stains well. And I REALLY love the fact that this encasement fit around our whole mattress with the mattress pads, & was still able to zip this closed. So this has plenty of stretch, & stays secure.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a mattress protector! I had a pretty long list of needs/wants so I went into finding one expecting not to find the perfect product for me. My list in order of most to least needed: Completely waterproof with good durability/rip resistance, good zipper closure, able to fit a 3-4 in mattress topper on top of the mattress, absolutely no sound when moving around, not too expensive, and bonus points to not inducing night sweats. This. Hit. Every. Mark. My old protector zipped 3/4 the way around the bed and was kind of a hassle to put on without another person's assistance. I was able to put this one on all by myself and it took only 2-3 minutes without any fuss. My room is pretty small but I didn't even need to lift the mattress too much to get it on. I just slid the mattress and topper up the frame until it was hanging off by about 5 inches and was able to slip the protector over both of them no problem. It easily went the rest of the way down and the zipper is only a couple inches longer than the width of the bed so you only need to stand at the bottom to open or close it. A big bonus in my book. I don't remember if my mattress topper is 3 or 4 inches thick but this protector fits great over it and the 12 inch mattress. It still has some stretch so it probably could fit up to about 20 inches. 24 would probably be pushing it pass the max/strain the zipper. I did a spill test with water the day I got it and it is indeed completely waterproof. I haven't woken up hot a single night since I've put this on nor heard a single sound from it as well. I was willing to spend twice the price I did in order to get most things on my list so I'm glad I tried this one! $25 is definitely worth the price for the great quality sleep you'll get with protector. I haven't had it too long- maybe about two weeks- so I can't speak too much on the durability and rip resistance yet. I have high hopes due to the reviews I read. The zipper quality seems to be really decent and with the amount of extra stretch I have I'm not too worried about it ripping anytime soon. If anything changes I'll update this review but this was way more bang for my buck than I could have ever hoped for.

So far it appears to be good quality. Was pretty easy to put on. Had to replace the factory tempurpedic encasement on my older cal king bed, and wasn't about to spend the exorbitant amount to get original replacement. This went on well, looks good and was much easier on the budget. Material is soft with no crinkling. I wish they made a thinner version as my mattress is only 8" thick, but this worked, just a hair looser then I prefer.

Honest review here. I bought a 14" high mattress and it fits very well. This is also my first mattress protector. While I don't have first-hand experience with other mattress protectors I can say that this isn't some flimsy, plastic, noisy, garbage bag of a mattress protector. It's actually quite nice. It was easy to slip onto my mattress by myself. The thank you note was cute even if it was copied, it's still a nice gesture to include. Is it waterproof? I've no idea, and I hope I never have to test that. But... they say it is, and I'll take their word for it. Is it breathable? Yes, the material choices seem to be very breathable. Is it noisy? Nope, not at all, and that's one of the reasons I bought it. It was supposed to be quiet, and it is very quiet. Is it durable? Certainly feels that way. The material doesn't feel like it's going to tear anywhere from sleeping on it like a bunch of other mattress protectors I've seen on Amazon. Is it washable? I mean I did and if I recall correctly they tell you to wash it first before putting it on your mattress, so... yes. I will however say that I also knew going into this that any... literally ANY mattress protector would be a pain in the rear to dry in a tumble dryer. The thing kept rolling in on itself like making homemade mozzarella cheese, even though I had it all zipped up, and was irritating to constantly have to pull it apart. In the end, would I buy another one of these if I had another mattress? Yes. Absolutely.

It is a 2 person job to put it on a king size mattress. I did do it on my own but 2 would have made it easier. Quality looks good but only put it on. Time will tell. Overall very satisfied

Muy buen producto. La textura es suave al tacto y es de tela transpirable. No hace ruido. Se ajusta muy bien al colchón (queda algo holgado, lo que permite su fácil colocación). Con el cierre incluido, el colchón queda protegido completamente, incluso la parte de abajo, a pesar de ser una tela más delgada que la parte superior. Viene con un protector de almohada. La relación calidad-precio me parece adecuada. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
