Love this! You can tell it's protein.
I love this cereal- it is my go to when I am in that breakfast for dinner. It is a PROTEIN cereal, so it is dry and has that protein like taste. I use almond milk with mine (unsweetened) and it tastes great. If you are in a place of high protein and love cereal this is a go to.

PB is decent, Marshmallow is too sweet
I've always been a big cereal person, but as an adult I've tried to limit them. Found another brand I've been eating for a while, and while they're good I'm burned out plus they aren't super filling. Decided to try this mixed pack, but was mostly looking for the Peanut butter ones. While the PB ones will never replace the Kids Capt'n version, these are passable. A little light on the peanut butter flavor, but says reasonably crunchy even in milk. I use unsweetened almond milk and a double serving so ends up being a little under 370 calories and about 37 grams of protein - not bad for a quick breakfast. At roughly 2.50 a meal not bad priced either considering. Will put the PB into my rotation. The Marshmallow version is too sweet for me, even the plain cereal without the marshmallows. So I won't be ordering those again. If you like a very sweet breakfast, they might work for you. Again they don't get soggy in milk if you eat them in a reasonable time. Might try making some marshmallow crispies with them.

So close to
The puffs seem to be a bit dry or powdery and give a bit of cotton mouth, but the flavor is on point. Hopefully they keep making these and maybe make the cereal just a bit less cardboard-ish. Although, it’s still better for me than regular cereal and it’s not awful, so I’ll continue to enjoy it! Great protein per calorie.

Honest Opinion.
The marshmallow one tastes good but the flavor and sweetness are a tad bit underwhelming. It’s worth a try but it could be a little more sweet and flavorful for my liking. But if you’re not a person who normally likes sweet things then it would be right up your alley. The peanut butter one on the other hand is honestly delicious. It has a very natural peanut butter flavor as opposed to resses puffs or any other peanut butter candy that have a more artificial taste. It literally tastes like you’re eating peanut butter out of the jar. I don’t eat cereal often but this flavor is honestly one of the best cereal flavors I’ve had in recent memory. Overall, they’re both good but the peanut butter is by far the better flavor of the two. If you like your cereal with a sweeter flavor I’d skip the marshmallow and just get the peanut butter.

Bad Taste - Not Worth It
Had high hopes for this cereal, but it just doesn't taste good enough. I was willing to suffer some tasty quality for the nutrition/protein traits, but the taste is not even close to compensating

Forget the bad reviews!
Forget the bad reviews, this cereal is great! If you’re looking for cereal that pumps you with carbs, look elsewhere, but to me Ghost Cereal is a top contender as a high protein cereal. In fact, so far it’s my favorite. I would lower my rating to 4.5 stars (if that were an option) since the low number of carbs it has (for a cereal) is mostly sugar.

Cereal lovers will be happy!!
I ordered these just to see and was very impressed the marshmallow were nearly spot on “Lucky Charms.” The peanut butter crunch was a little off but still tasty. I found mixing it with Ghost protein gets it even closure to the real thing. The protein content is good and it hits the spot for us cereal lovers. PS dogs also love this as mine at a whole box they stole from the pantry. No issues with the dogs other than they follow us around now when eating cereal.

Childhood Memories unlocked for the Adult Protein Junkie
The peanut butter is by far my favorite, tastes exactly like Reece's Puff which unlocked core memories growing up. It's a solid addition to the routine with a great amount of protein but quality flavor. If you want to really level it up, it's amazing with milk and a half scoop of chocolate protein powder. Best protein cereal in the market in my opinion as dupe to the OG! worth the higher price tag for the extra protein boost
