It's always a dilemma: if you suffer from dry, sensitive or itchy skin you're told to use cream regularly...but most of the creams you try end up causing more irritation. I wouldn't use this cream as a regular moisturiser (E45 would be my recommendation for that) but Derma Cool is a must-have if you're looking for relief from itchiness, particularly if you're experiencing it at night. It'll feel weird the first time you use it, and be careful applying it if you have any breathing issues, simply because the menthol and general sensation can trigger any sensitivity (short term, but be aware, and wash hands thoroughly after applying). However, it really does give some relief and, thankfully, fast, so well worth having in the bedroom for when you need it. It's not cheap, but worth the investment. Good luck.
