Its not the nicest UV Box but it does the job. I've not had any issues with it and its cured many prints over the last 3 months. I'm happy with it.

If you have an SLA (or as otherwise known UV resin printer) you will be fully aware of the fact that after printing there is the whole post processing needed. For those who don't know, this involves cleaning the model with either alcohol or water (depending on the type of resin you use) which removes any excess un-cured resin. Then a period of exposure to UV light to fully cure the actual model and make it safe to touch - believe me the post processing can be a real pain. Normally in the summer months you can simply leave the model in sunshine and it will cure fine without you having to do much except ensure it gets even exposure all over. However in the winter or in bad weather you will not really get enough UV from normal lighting to cure any model quickly. This is where this sort of product comes into its own. This one is actually pretty well made with a solid metal casing, a swivel holder, so you could affix it to say a wall or inside of a box or similar and a reasonable length mains lead. The actual lamp consists of a matrix of high powered UV LED's which provide the wavelength of light needed to cure things such as UV sensitive resin pretty quickly. So, overall this is a pretty good and relatively cheap alternative to a dedicated curing station or relying on natural light sources. About the only issue is that it will of course only provide light from one direction. There are a couple of simple solutions to this. For example you could use a couple mounted on two opposing surfaces of a box, or you could mount it from the top edge of a box if you only have the one. It would help if you do take this approach to make or obtain a suitable box and line all the internal surfaces with tin baking foil for example, as this would act like mirrors to bounce the UV light all around the box and the surfaces of the model. Adding a small motorised turntable is another option as this would ensure the model is rotated in front of the lamp.

I built this and then realised I hadn’t removed the brown paper which is a nightmare to get off by the way you definitely need to apply heat, the hinges to the door were already screwed on buy I had to take them off and put them on again as the door wouldn’t fit. Anyway it’s fit for what I need it for. There Was also a lot of double sided 3m tape in box but it doesn’t state what it’s for

The 360°rotating: solar turntable use power from UV lighting /nature solar Power/fluorescent lighting, can't use batteries for power.Maximum display/rotate weighing less than 500g/1.1Pound. Close to light will help to speed up and rotate heavier. even tho it implies it comes with a rotating stand i did not get one with this item , and the return items policy automated system would not let me contact the seller , so the lamp seems to be ok but it does not include a rotating uv powered table , thanks.

Was fine the first couple of uses but now sounds like it's going to blow up

Me lançant dans l'impression 3D résine je cherchais une boîte de polymérisation indispensable au post traitement qui soit plutôt compacte. J'ai acheté cette boite geeetech. Esthétiquement, c'est une belle boîte blanche brillante. Concernant le montage, rien de plus simple, tout est bien expliqué dans la notice et chaque pièce est numérotée. La conception permet un montage rapide et démontage rapide également si besoin. Concernant le fonctionnement, rien à dire, elle est équipée d'un plateau tournant, et d'un timer permettant de régler la durée d'exposition aux UV que l'on veut appliquer à la pièce, ce qui est plutôt bien. Pour résumer, je dirais que c'est un bon produit, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Tolto il primo imbarazzo per capire se c'era o meno la pellicola da rimuovere si monta molto facilmente e velocemente, la parte più lunga è rimuovere appunto la pellicola ambo i lati di tutti i pezzi. Non servono le istruzioni, ma che comunque sono presenti in lingua inglese. La polimerizzazione degli oggetti avviene in modo regolare e uniforme. I materiali sono buoni.

Le colis est arrivé dans les temps, le produit est tres bien emballé avec toutes la protection nécessaires. Le produit lui même est de bonne facture, l'assemblage est tres simple, c'est un peu comme un puzzle, de plus le colis contient beaucoup d'accessoires de montage supplémentaires en excédant, ce qui permet de les remplacer au cas, la boite remplie parfaitement sa fonction, le timer également. J'ai pris la petite boite pour ma part, car je ne dipose pas d'une grosse imprimante resine. Je recommande vraiment.
