would this be to light for a tan skintone? ive bought a bbcream that was w24 and it was too light.

Yes this only comes in one shade and it is quite fair. I have light to light medium tone and this is a bit light for me. It oxidizes a bit to match my skin ok but I think if you have a tan skin tone it would be harder to match.

Is this only for light colored skin?

Yes, as of now, I believe it only comes in this one light shade.

Nc45 Tones can't use, can they?

This bb cream is pretty light to the skin, I'm a NC25 or 30 and I feel this bbcream is light. I do like it a lot when I mixed it with my foundation though, it evens out my skin and leaves my skin flawless. And also I don't need concealer because this bb cream brightens up my face!❤️
