Great earbuds
Awesome earbuds. Easy pairing, great battery life. Sounds good. I like them more than the cheapo Skullcandy. I'm not going to compare to my Sonys because Sony buds like many well known brand names (Sony Bose beats etc....) are in my experience are always much better but also 3-4 times as expensive. For what I paid, these everyday raycons 2024 are great. The touch controls can be a little annoying but it works. Have tried it on the phone and people say they can hear me but they say I'm quieter than usual (when using my Sonys and Bose earbuds. However I actually do not enjoy talking on the phone with these at all as it sounds like I'm essentially screaming into my own ear canals and my diaphragm or whatever makes it hard to even hear what I'm saying and I'm the one saying it 😆 However I kinda figured that when I purchased so no big deal for me there. Just a heads up. If you like tinkering with EQ settings these don't have an app for that so keep that in mind when purchasing. They have good bass. I use the bass sound setting as I think it sounds best that way. I'm no audiophile though. Bluetooth range is fantastic for me. Longest I've used them for nonstop is 5 hours at middle volume according to my phone at least. Blocks quite a bit of noise even when off but definitely not recommended if you're using loud equipment such as blowers chainsaws etc. Landscaping I use worktunes. Highly recommend if you are looking for comfy hearing protection. Raycons 2024 are very comfortable, stay in place, haven't fallen out of my ears when I yawn, raise my eyebrows, talk, cough, sneeze. My Skullcandy smokin buds for $20 sound alright and are comfortable for about 30 minutes BUT they fall out of my ears when doing something as simple as raising my eyebrows every time. So I highly recommend these if you want earbuds with great sound for the cheaper price tag and buds that don't fall out if you literally use any muscle in your face lol. I do have the raycon everyday HEADPHONES as well and they are ok. Not great. Everyday buds 2024 In my opinion awareness mode sucks. I understand the idea so you can hear your surroundings and stuff but it just sounds like TV static with my oscillating fan running on low in my apartment. I do not use ANC very much on the everyday earbuds as I find they block enough sound with ANC off. Haven't used them during a workout, however I did use them when doing house work like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, climbing 12 flights of stairs repeatedly due to no elevator. Carrying my mountain bike up and down 12 flights of stairs and earbuds stayed in place. I will not EVER ride any bicycle with headphones on however. It can be very dangerous. Ears are like eyes for the back of your head while riding skating or whatever. It's just one of my pet peeves honestly. So if you are one the people that do ride with headphones of any kind on, just please be careful and ride safe! Pay attention and safety first :) I do wish these had actual buttons on them for the controls however. That's the only con so far when it comes to what I actually use these buds for. Will update in the future if they fail in any way, but as of 11/25/24 they are just fine

Earbuds for any occasion!
Raycon headphones: the gift that keeps on giving! 🎁 We've gone through 3 sets in 6 years and we're obsessed! 💯 Durable, long battery life, and sound quality is 🔥. My fiancé uses his for 10+ hour workdays and everyday life, while I rely on mine for meetings on-the-go and gym sessions. We've had zero issues with the last two sets - definitely worth the investment. If you're looking for reliable buds, Raycon's the way to go!

Big step back from the previous generation
I wanted to give these a fair shake before reviewing, and after 2 months of use they still work (i.e. they play sounds into my ears) but they're just not as good as the previous gen for a few reasons: First, the startup time. I never timed them for specifics but the previous gen Earbuds could be connected and playing from the case within a few seconds. These take an astonishingly long time to connect and start, which is extremely apparent when playing a video and pulling the Earbuds out of the case and popping them into your ear. In this situation there will always be a few seconds of no audio from either the device or the earbuds while the video still plays, a problem that simply did not exist on the previous gen. Hardly a life-ruining issue but it is extremely annoying to have this knowing it did not happen with the previous gen. The multi-device connect thing is completely and totally useless. I have an iPhone and an iPad that I use with these, and I've seen no point at all for the multi-device connection. When both are connected, I can play from one device and not the other, and it seems like the only way to switch which device is playing is to disconnect the first one, defeating the point of the multi-device connection in the first place! What it does do is allow both devices to connect (previous gen required me to disable the bluetooth on the device I wasn't using to have them connect to the correct one), but this always results in the un-used device disconnecting constantly when out of range. This leads to the same issue as the startup time above, where there will be a few seconds of silence while I hear "DISCONNECTED" from the device I'm not using. The big issue, and the one I despise above all other things about these earbuds is the touch controls. The previous gen had buttons that you could hear a "click" when the button was pressed. This was GREAT because you knew you'd pressed the button. Want to pause? Click twice. Increase volume, click once. With these, I tap them and I never know if it's going to work or not. Two taps might stop a video, but it might not register the first tap and now my volume's higher. Three taps for the next song has resulted in stopping the music on a registered double-tap. Add on the input lag is so long that volume changes could take a while to register, and suddenly a second tap to get a volume change stops the video. Don't get me started on how many times I've reached up to adjust them and made the audio louder. The button was a feature that worked flawlessly on the previous gen, so the change to touch controls is a perfect example of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Flaws an annoyances aside, they do still work and they hold a charge for a long time and the audio does sound really nice. However, all of the changes to this generation of Everyday Earbuds is such that I doubt I consider Raycon again in the future. The older ones were simple and they worked well every time, these do something annoying every single time I use them, and I'm reminded of how good that old generation was every time I pick up this pair.

Good mid range earbuds
Work really well for the price. I had Sony earbuds that worked better but of course are more expensive, unfortunately i lost one of those earbuds and i didn't want to pay another nearly $200 for earbuds I only really use at work. The sound is good or normal use but for some reason one bud is louder than the other which I only really notice when one dies and I need to switch out. Speaking of which the buds connect separately unlike other brands that drain both buds even when only using one which is great for someone like me who only uses one bud at a time for work. I have not been able to get calls to work correctly with these but I think it may be user error and working in a warehouse but I try to answer calls and the person on the other side cannot hear me at all. My old earbuds had an app to change touch controls and sound frequencies etc so I was disappointed to find out these have no way to change anything on the earbuds. I do not like the touch controls. One earbuds allows you to change volume and the other changes the kind of sound like noise cancelling mode or awareness mode. I don't notice a difference with ANC mode and i cannot hear anything from the earbuds with awareness mode because it boosts outside noises too much. I wish I could just turn the touch control off. They're a good size and lightweight. They don't fall out of my ears and they're not super bulky. This is one of those products that youtubers shill that is actually pretty good, especially for the mid range price. They're better than cheap $20 earbuds but they're not as nice as more high end ones. You get what you pay for and it's not bad imo.

First set lost forever, second set arrived today!
Update Jan 24th 2025 Had to order a second set and do a recap of my first order. I lost them to a stupid storm drain!!! But they worked well, and I liked them enough to buy another set, at a 25% discount this ho around. The sound was clear, and only faltered and gets crackling static, when the battery was about to die, normally around the 6th low battery warning. Which is how I lost them. 😭 While replacing them, I fumbled the charging case after snapping the dead battery earpod into the case, dropped the case, it bounced off of my open car door tread, and made a mad dash to a storm drain about a car length from mine. So guess some utility worker may find it some day. Update on noise canceling feature. It works very well for me the times I have had both ear pods in at the same time. Especially when watching a movie that the macaws decide they want to be noticed. 🤬 Update Edit 7-16-2024 So far the default ear cups still fit well in my ears. Took a tumble down a few stairs, ear buds didn't come out. Granted it was the last thing I was thinking about, but once I figured out I was OK and picked up the stuff I was carrying, I noticed the podcast I was listening to was still playing. Tried the noise canceling feature, really can't comment on it, since I normally tune out junk noise after about 5 to 10 minutes naturally (TV, music playing, traffic, kids playing/screaming, pets making noise), trust me, if you can tune out 3 macaws acting out, you can tune out anything. 😴 Did get a cheap silicone case for the storage/charger, mostly so I can find it in my backpack or in my room easily. Picking a bright color has saved me, the person that pretty much everything handheld or smaller that he owns, is either black or navy blue. I found the default sound settings were OK. But once manually set to my personal tastes, even better. And setting them was rather easy for this boomer. Old review I'll start off on the fit. Slipped into both ears with the base buds. Pairing with my phone and laptop was easy and fast. They came with a 90% charge. Basic settings out of the box, nice base and treble balance. Have not tested the other sound features yet, so will update in a week or two. The only thing I wish that it came with a case, to put the charge/storage case in.

Won't fall out and less than half the price of other brands that do fall out
I've always wanted to buy these and glad I finally did. Fit is ideal and comfortable as the earphones don't sit on the ear but go into it to better deliver the sound and maximize noise cancellation and comfort especially during long use. Because of this I can wear these to sleep, work out, or in public or at work, without worrying they will fall out, especially while talking or moving my jaw while eating or laying down to sleep. I've worn these constantly since opening the box to give a true test run and I'm very satisfied with the ease of use and it's reliability and battery. Bass is exceptional but won't beat other brands that have 3 speakers with one solely dedicated to bass alone but that's ok, since you can't beat the value received for this price. The sound is excellent along all ranges, battery is something I don't even worry about as I've been able to use all day and at night while going to sleep, but most importantly they won't fall out or hurt my ears after long use. While working out or outside in the Texas heat sweating I've had no Issues. The case isn't overly huge so fits in my pockets comfortably which allows me to take anywhere I go all day easily instead of in a bag or setting down near me, which is how most people lose or forget more expensive brands to begin with. Touch controls make it easy to adjust, skip, or stop and start what I'm listening to. *Read the touch instructions and understand them instead of comparing to a different brand, each brand is different so expect that going in. Initially I ordered these simply as a short term replacement because I lost one of my beats while sleeping and didn't want to pay another 200 plus for a pair with ANC/transparency ability when I knew it was still there somewhere but didn't have time to find it lol Next day fast delivery and my problem was fixed for the time being. I constantly listen to music, podcasts and also use my earphones for calls all day so I always need a good pair to rely on and these have just become some of my favorites to use day and night, at work or home. So I'll be not only keeping these but ordering another pair as a gift because that is how good these are.

This new version stinks
I bought these to replace my old Raycon Everyday Earbuds just because the battery life was starting to fade on the others and I beat them up. These are so bad compared to the OGs. 1) they’re much larger and stick out of your ear more. I bought the og ones originally to listen to audio while I fell asleep. The new ones are very uncomfortable. 2) the quality of the case and casings feels very cheap and also they’re slippery. I drop them often because of how slippery they are getting them out of the case 3) the battery life is even less than my dated older ones and there’s no way to see charge progress like the older case which would have a status bar. 4) they take significantly longer to connect to my devices 5) the audio will randomly stop for 1-2 seconds in one of the buds occasionally. 6) the touch controls are way too sensitive. If I adjust the bud in my ear (even carefully) it often triggers controls. The old haptic button was better Overall, stick with the OG ones if you have them. I use those more than the new ones.

Step Down From 2023 Version
I just received the newer 2024 version of the Raycon Everyday Earbuds. I've been using them non-stop since I got them yesterday evening. Here are the things I've liked and the things that will eventually have me sending these back, as I unfortunately do not intend to keep them. Pros: - They are more water resistance than the previous 2023 version. - There is more functionality in changing Equalizer settings. - Multi-point connection: They connect to two devices at the same time (this is also a con, see below). - Battery life is as advertised. - Passthrough works as good as other earbuds in the same price range, not excellent, but not bad. - When the sound isn't dropping out, the sound quality is as good as other earbuds in this price range. - While not as comfortable as the 2023 version, these still do not cause ear fatigue or ear aches after wearing them for a few hours. Cons: - While the earbuds are still smaller than most, the newer 2024 version are bigger. - The touch controls are terrible. I've never owned a pair of earbuds where the touch controls were good, these are no exception. If you wear them in the rain/shower the controls will work when water runs over them...this is a major downside for me and the ultimate reason I'll be returning them. - Connection drops/stutters: This is a big one and the other reason I'll be returning them. I'm not entirely sure if this is due to their multipoint tech but the bluetooth connection is terrible. While connected to my laptop, even while sitting still, the connection would randomly stutter. It would sound like the audio was being fast forwarded slightly and in small bursts. If I lift my hands near my head the audio drops out briefly. When I received a phone call the incoming call seemed to disrupt my connection to my laptop even though I wasn't connected to my phone. - ANC does nothing. I wore these in the shower and turned on ANC and I could still hear the water running, if not ever better, than when listening in standard mode. Not true Noise Cancelling. - The case feels cheap (this one is more nitpicky but speaks to the overall quality of the product). All-in-all this is not a product I would recommend to anyone and I will be returning them. I don't know why they messed with their 2023 design. They had an excellent product that needed, if anything, very little changed about them. I lost my 2023 version of these headphones and will be re-purchasing their earlier version from their website as they are the more superior product.
