what does the number below mean, mine is (UN 8075004) ?

Mine has a similar number, but not identical. I think it may be the stock number indicating when that batch was made.

Did the label change? Is this the same product as the box with the orange sun on the box?

Yes, Sunrider changed the packaging for the box and the individual bottles. You're correct, the older version had an orange sun with blue / green sun rays.
