Great value, great ice pack, and lots of uses. I fell and broke my shoulder. We used this to stabilize my arm to my chest until I could get to the Dr. it worked great. Now I’ve tried on my low back and it works great. What a VALUE that it COMES W/2 ICE PADS that slip easily into the brace. Brace is stretchy, comfortable, has nice large Velcro contact, and it even comes with an extension strap should anyone need it. Love this and would buy again.

I initially bought this for my house, then have bought more for my extended family as they've experienced injuries! This is the best ice pack. The large size covers my entire lower back - which is my problem area. I love that I can wrap it around my waist and go about my day while icing. It's soft and stays flexible even after being in the freezer. It provides great pain relief. I appreciate that it's durable, but also light weight so it stays in place. I recommend to everyone!

A surgical procedure for something else has thrown my back for a loop. I've been having periodic lower back pain for the past three weeks since that surgery. Finally decided to do something about it and ordered this hot/cold waist belt. It arrived today and it's already been put to work. The ice pack effect is wonderfully soothing. Hooray! I haven't tried the heat option yet, but tomorrow I'll probably be alternating between cold and hot a couple times during the day. I was pleased to find that not only did the belt fit me, but that there's also an optional extender which offers other configurations, such as if you need to secure this for a shoulder injury. It seems versatile, in other words. The quality of the materials seems solid, and it's well-constructed. The Velcro does its job without making it too difficult to secure. We actually bought two because my husband occasionally also has back pain issues. So delightful to reach that time of life where such realities creep in to one's need to manage them.

Bought following abdominal surgery. While the wrap itself is comfortable and the ice packs work well the overwhelming scent that I can only describe as 'auto shop' is nauseating. I had hoped the freezer would have neautralized it but the smell is intense. If there is any advice or method to use that would help rid the wrap of its stench I would be grateful. Otherwise the product is nice and having the spare to switch out without having to remove the wrap itself is convenient.

I have lumbar pain radiating to mid back, and this 2-pack ice belt give such relief! Each ice pack give long-lasting cold, and since there are two you can just swap them out. They freeze very quickly too. It is very comfortable to wear walking, sitting at desk or on sofa. I would give one recommendation to the manufacturer - the "hook" and "loop" sides of the velcro should be reversed. In other words, the "hook" side (the side that catches on fabric) should always be on the side of the belt facing AWAY from your body so it doesn't catch/snag on you clothes. As it comes, the smooth loop side faces away and the hook side faces into your body/clothes, so it does snag on some fabrics you may be wearing.

Excellent product for the price. Easy to use and gels packs are great and last! Has helped to ease my pain.

This in my opinion is the best heat and cool back belt out there, and it has an extender which is great as it stays hotter and cooler for much longer. Going to buy another as this belt wont last long on Amazon well priced also.

This ice belt is so comfortable and easy to use. It helps with my tailbone and up my spine without having to have multiple ice packs and I don’t have to lay down. Adjustable belt will work for average to extra large people. Once fitted to my waste it stays in place and doesn’t roll or move.

Worked fine until 7 months after purchase. Then a small leak developed in the insert rendering this product USELESS. 😡

The ice packs are really small. Might help someone but not useful to me unfortunately. Returned.
