None of the black cartridges worked for me. As a matter of fact, the black ink leaked in my printer and caused a real mess in the area of which the cartridges rest while not printing. After cleaning up as much of the mess as I could, I realized that maybe it could be the design of the cartridges. I'm not sure. In any case, the color inks still work fine. The printer still works as long as I do not need to print black. I have removed and cleaned the entire print head. I'll just try another brand of ink cartridges and see if that works. Its a real bummer I've been having such a hard time with these black cartridges.

The ink cartridges are definitely compatible with my HP Photosmart 5510I was afraid that the printer wouldn’t recognize them when I replaced the genuine HP cartridge but all is well so far! I’ve printed some notes from my class which was about 50 pages with pictures and it worked like a champ.I am SO RELIEVED that I can find ink for an affordable price.The only issue is that my package got lost in the mail and it arrived 4 days late..(bummer) but that might have been an issue with the mail service. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with that and it wasn’t anything to do with the seller.Thanks and will definitely recommend/repurchase.

I haven't used the printer since installing the cartridges, but they went in very easy and appear that they will work just fine. Very happy with the price and the amount of cartridges received. The only thing that I would say is a 'negative', is that I did not know the package wouldn't come with the small size black cartridge - only the large size black cartridge. I have to find to order the small size black now before I can use color printing. If I had known that at the time of order, I would have been able to place an additional order for the missing small size black cartridge.

I originally gave this product a great review, however I have to change that now. Everything worked fine for 4 prints. Now it says that the cyan cartridge is missing. I tried every one in the box and it refuses to work. Since I can't print color without that and my printer won't print without all cartridges, it's been rendered useless to me and this was a waste of money.***UPDATE***I received a refund for the product, but I should say that the print head on my printer is actually ruined. At this point, it'll just be easier to buy a new printer. If course they won't cover that, but I would use that as a caution before purchasing. Some people haven't had any issues, but I have an HP Photosmart 7510 that can no longer print. It should also be noted that the prints that I DID get weren't very vibrant.All in all, these are terrible. I'll never buy again and I hope others will read this review and understand the risk they're taking if they purchase these.

This was installed in a HP 3520 which the amazon on line product information claimed these cartridges would work perfectly fine in. I have unpackaged them and installed them but am getting no ink of any color on my printouts. Appears to NOT work with printer as advertised.UPDATE- issue may not have been with ink cartridge. Seller has been more than willing to make things right. I applaud them for their diligent effort to make me happy with their service. Appears to be a reliable company.

I was a little worried when I first opened the box because there was ink soaked into the cardboard. Upon opening there was one cartridge that was ruined. The bag it was encased in was soaked with ink. I took them all out and all the others were fine. Now came time to print out taxes, so I held my breath and all printed fine. Overall, I am a happy customer. I would have gave 5 stars if all the cartridges would have been good.

I had a minor issue with one of the ink cartridges leaking in its individual wrapper, and the seller took care of the issue promptly with replacement; definitely went above and beyond!I've only installed one of the black cartridges so far, my Photosmart Plus B210e (hands-down the biggest technological ******* on my network) didn't complain about the cartridge and printed things just fine.

I was happy with my purchase except for one small thing. There were none of the smaller black cartridges included in the set. All the black cartridges were of the larger size. The printer will complain if all the slots are not full so you have to leave an empty small black cartridge in the first slot. Don't misunderstand I am not complaining at all just letting know. I myself have been on your side of thing only in the laser cartridge side of the business. I know how uninformed customers can be when they don't get exactly what they think they should...
