This is NOT a continious light.
It flickers as your normal bulbs, you can use this only in 1/50 and 1/100 shutter speeds. This gets very hot as well, might burnout soon.

Bad Quality product
Out of 4 leds, only 1 is working properly. Other 3 have stopped working. Not at all ok. Waste of money!
