Working well
Kyon Kisi old processor and old graphics card but it's really monster at this price

The worst kind of experience I have ever had buy a refurbished laptop
I received a laptop that was in refurbished term good condition however when I brought the item it was said to be in excellent condition . Amazon refurbished sector seems to be running a scam . When the laptop arrived there were lot of damages more than 60 percent . Worst part was that some one had used a permanent marker and had written there name and date on it . And there were other really bad oder and lot of chip of paint on the screen . Please don't buy Amazon refurbished item . It's a warning. Especially from this particular seller known as usedyetnew

Good customer service
Was quite disappointed initially due to insensitive touch pad and poor battery back up. However customer service is excellent and they offered to ship a replacement touch pad and battery. Since I had already ordered an original new battery, accepted the touch pad. got it replaced in a local shop and the service charge was promptly reimbursed by New Jaisa. so now the sensitivity has improved somewhat and the laptop is usable. Think at this price this is reasonable.

Great value for money laptop
I have been using laptop since last 2 days. Everything is fine except battery.Pros:1 No visible scratches2 All ports and keyboard are working fine3 Camera, mic, wifi and speaker perfect4 Touchscreen working perfectly5 Model is T460 with i5 gen 66 Window 11 and MS office already installedCONS: Battery is of 1910 Mah, which is decent you can use it for 2 hours in balanced power saving mode. Internal battery also missing.Original battery comes upto 5200 Mah. But in this price, it the best deal. You can blindly go for this deal.
