I've used a couple of the big brand name knee sleeves in the past, and these stack up just as well if not better. Super thick and durable, these feel great when in use.

I should note that with any of these neoprene sleeves what really separates a good sleeve vs. a great one is pretty marginal. Does this offer compression, warmth, and a bit of support? Yes. For the price, if this is what you're looking for, they'll do the trick. There are some things I found lacking. 1. Support. My knees are finnicky and to squat heavy (which I'll define as anything above 200 lbs.) I really need support. These will work and took me through some heavy lifts (up to 285) but they simply didn't give me the confidence, support, and 'feel' that I've gotten through other sleeves. I chalk this up to the material. I can't quite explain it but it misses the sweet spot of stiffness and stretch. 2. The 'grippers' inside that are designed to prevent the sleeve from slipping. Not a fan. This just yanks your hair out and feels horrible. Again, I think the differences between an OK sleeve and a great sleeve are pretty small but when you're messing around with weights that might crush you, you probably wanna be dialed in. Note, I am reviewing this from the prospective of powerlifting. I can't speak for cross fight or Oly lifters.

These weightlifting knee sleeves are slightly padded and was suppose to provide compression and stability. But I think I must have gotten a size too large because they kept slipping down. The material of the sleeve and elastic seemed nice, but not sure the compression worked as well as I had hoped. But again, it might have been because my sizing was off.

My husband has a lot of pain in his knees and decided to try out these knee sleeves to see if they'd help with support and stability. He has been wearing them at night time when he sleeps, and he said he's waking up with less pain that before. Throughout the day, when he works around the house, he also wears them, and they offer good support. However, he has experienced a little chaffing on his upper knees, around the top of the sleeve, and therefore he has reduced the amount of time when he wears these. He recommends these knee sleeves but perhaps for shorter periods of time only.

I've been on a journey of self-improvement when Covid came around and I have started exercising regularly. Since then I've been on the lookout for a sleeve or soft brace for my knees to help with stability and protection from injury during weightlifting (specifically squats). When I came across these 7mm neoprene knee sleeves from Dojo I was excited and ordered them.Be sure to follow instructions and measure your knee at the designated spot in order to know the correct size. My knees have a 15" circumference so I ordered the medium and they fit very snug. Due to the 7mm thickness of the neoprene material it has flexibility similar to a wetsuit. They are really well-made and all of the stitching are reinforced. The thin strip of anti-slip silicone along the top interior lining of the sleeves help keep them firmly on the knees and prevent them from sliding down and off from exercise and movement.I am happy that I ordered these knee sleeves. They offer good support for a soft sleeve, and help stabilize the movements of my knees during exercise. They are well-constructed and should last a long time.

I was a little skeptical at first time, going to an offbrand a sleeve but after ordering it, I do not regret it is a thick, well-made knee sleeve fit. Perfectly definition is built. The last time will tell I have to do is measure the circumference of your knee and it will fit.

This seem true to size and offer a heavy duty knee support. They are thick and so you're going to get more resistance like a wetsuit. But the support is very good.
