Holy Moly! This gel is the real deal. If you want a boost during long endurance events it gives that second wind and makes you feel invincible and reenergized. It also tastes amazing. I use both the caffeine and the non stim version for long rucks.

Tastes good and works!

Great tasting and a much nicer consistency to ingest on a run. Some gels are a bit too sticky or thick to down easily while running, but these gels go down nicely. The energy boost is great, too! Really nice for a long run, whether during or after the run.

Great product. The only thing to say is that it is too sweet. Better if you buy different flavors.
