I am in the throws of peri-menopause, and it is no fun whatsoever. My biggest problem is my hormones being all over the place, different every day, along with my energy being like a rollercoaster. I've tried numerous supplements to help out - and these are at the top of my list at this point. The capsules are an average size, not too big, so easy to swallow. They have an herbal odor, nothing unpleasant - plus no aftertaste which is a huge bonus. I started off by taking one a day to make sure there were no ill side effects, then upped my dosage to the recommended two a day. The top ingredient, black cohosh root extract, is known for it's aid in menopausal symptoms - which is a supplement I hadn't tried yet. In addition to the cohosh there is a plethora of ingredients that are great for support during this time of my life. My doctor was wanting to put me on birth control to help with the symptoms that I am experiencing due to be in peri-menopause, but the potential side effects were keeping me on the fence from trying it out. This supplement has given me relief and I'm happy I decided to look around for an alternative. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be buying more!

These supplements are easy to swallow, and you get a one-month supply in each bottle. I like that they’re made in the USA, so there have to be at least some standards with regard to production. They are careful to make no specific claims on the packaging and the product description, likely for legal reasons. Given the target audience, I think the claims are implied. If I find relief using this product in thirty days, I’ll adjust this review accordingly.

Hello friends, I selected this perimenopause supplement for female maintenance. I take one with food once or twice a day just before during and just after menstruating. It has really helped with perimenopause. I have found that taking a supplement like this has helped with sleep, hormones, and overall symptoms. I have done it twice with success. My housemate was surprised when I asked her if she noticed that I was on my period. She said no and immediately asked me what I was doing to appear so calm and comfortable. I told her I started taking perimenopause supplements and they seem to be working. So far with two runs I think it's working and not just a matter of chance.

As I get older, I've started researching supplements that could ease the aging process. This support supplement checks all the boxes of herbal supplements that can assist such as red clover, sage, licorice root, dong quai root, and several more. Other positives, this supplement is made in the US and 3rd party tested for purity. This is not a vegan product, FYI. I've just started taking the recommended daily dose and have had no stomach upset or other negative side effects. I've started to feel just a little more energy in a few days, so that's a good sign!

2/12/2024: Perimenopause Support Supplement (All-in-1) Herbal Extract Relief Formula with 12 Active Ingredients | Peri-Menopause Supplements for Women | Easy to Swallow | 60 Capsules I'm not sure I would call these "easy to swallow" as they advertise - I find them a bit too large for it to be easy for me. I am not exactly good at swallowing large capsules though - the capsules themselves sometimes stick in my throat (all capsules, not just these) and sometimes it feels like I'm swallowing them sideways. I guess I wouldn't call these hard to swallow either. They're just sort of average if you ask me. As for the effectiveness.. well, time will tell I guess. There is no way for me to prove the claims of most supplements, and for that matter there really is no way for me to determine what is actually present in any of them. I choose to believe these contain what they say they do though. I haven't noticed anything yet, but I've only been taking them for maybe 2 weeks (and I have forgotten some of the days). They're not making me throw up or anything though, so there's no reason not to keep taking them for a while to see if I notice any changes.

It would be nice if they sent something with it to let you know, what it was used for, it says supports hormone regulation naturally. There has to be more information, about what these the supplement does. I'm not really impressed with this bottle of perimenopause support. I'd like to have a lot more information about it.
