A worthwhile purchase
Some grounding mats are thin and require frequent realignment, while this mat has a good well-made feel, stays better in place, and it performs very well. I thought it might be too small at first, but I'm now happy with the size. I am pleased with its function at this time and find it a worthwhile purchase.

Magical product
Well I wasn’t sure about this product but thought I would give it a try when my pup became sick. But when it arrived I had gotten a cold and felt awful so decided to try it before going to work. Once I sat on it I sneezed 3 times and my congestion immediately began to clear! This is amazing. Give it a try. It’s extremely easy to set up as well!

Maybe/ Maybe Not???
Who knows??? I have this on a foot rest under my desk setup. No idea if it is doing anything at all, I use it but I think it's probably a gimmick.

Love this Grounding Mat
We find this helps with aches and pains as well as circulation and muscle cramping etc. No directions on which side of the mat is the side to sit on and make body/skin contact!? ? Helpful if you can include this in the product details. Is it Plug in side up or the shiny plug in side down? We love it!!
