Love these bars
These bars are so so good. Especially for someone with lots of sensitivity. I can’t speak on fiber or protein. But the ingredients are great and it’s not stale at all. Very crispy. Also came with a cute spoon.

I have many food intolerances. I can eat these delicious bars, and not experience any adverse effects. My family's favorites are the Blueberry Muffin and the Chocolate Peanut Butter. Yes, they are expensive because they use good ingredients to make them.
