Terrible--nothing like any Marcona almond I've ever had
Terrible. These are not fried in oil – they appear to be dry-roasted as they are very dry and chalky, flavorless except for an aftertaste that seemed more like a bitter or rancid peanut. The texture is also more like a peanut--completely lacking the crisp crunch you ordinarily find in Marcona almonds. They are also almost twice the size of any Marcona almond I've ever eaten. I highly recommend you don't order these since they are not returnable.

Great quality
Best snack ever. Lots better than making ourselves and just as good if not better. Will definitely be ordering more.

Not packaged as pictured
I'm a nutrition specialist. I know a lot about nuts... which have the healthiest fat content, omega-3/6 ratios, which are best for different reasons, etc. One thing that always bothers me is WHYYYY some companies use oils, specifically inflammatory vegetable and seed oils, to roast nuts when nuts have their own, natural oils! They turn a perfectly healthy snack into inflammatory garbage, ruining whatever nuts are roasted. That having been...typed, these marcona almonds are DELICIOUS! Olive is a fruit and one of the only 4 healthy oils for the human body, all from fruit (avocado, coconut, olive, palm). This olive oil is strictly for flavor, since almonds do create their own oil when roasted. Yes, olive oil is healthy but unnecessary in this case, therefore, strictly flavor. My only problem with this is the packaging. The picture indicates a much sturdier, possibly ziplocked bag. My almonds arrived in a bag as thin as saran wrap. I was afraid they'd be rancid, based on the flimsy packaging but to my surprise, they're wonderful! I put them into a ziplock to preserve freshness and would happily purchase from this company again.

Bad tasting almonds
Sanity Marcona almonds are routinely poor quality. We’ve bought many brands of Marcona almonds and most brands taste better than Sanniti Marcona almonds. After ordering Sanniti 4 times, never again. Don’t buy this brand if you like prime tasting Marcona almonds.

Too Much Salt
A friend gave me a bag of these nuts and they were so delicious I asked where he got them. The bag I ordered looked like someone emptied a box of salt in it. I have to wash them before eating them due to so much salt. So disappointed after how delicious the first bag was.

Great!
You’ll have to store them in a ziplock bag but otherwise these are delicious and a great price

Not packaged very well but they were fresh
Update May 2025: I had read reviews but decided to try them and put them on subscribe. My first few bags were really good. They were a little bit oiled and had plenty of sea salt. Delicious. Then I got an order today. When I opened the Amazon pkg and took the bag of almonds out, I noticed they seemed dry and I couldn't see any hint of salt. I opened the bag...the almonds were completely dry, no salt. I took a whiff. RANCID! I tasted one. Absolutely rancid. Horrible. And these were $18.99, price had gone way up. So I'm not taking any chances. I canceled my subscribe and save. I'll go back to Trader Joe's and get their truffle salt marcona almonds. BUYER BEWARE. These are not returnable. Update March 2025: A good thing to note, these are made with olive oil, not sunflower oil, or canola like others, so these are actually better for you. I had read reviews that the package was open for some people, mine was slightly open...the plastic bag these are packaged in is very flimsy, very lightly sealed and I figure as they're bouncing around in the box or Amazon package, they might open. Mine had a few almond escapees but the nuts were fresh and very good. I usually buy Trader Joe's black truffle and sea salt marcona almonds but thought I'd try these. Not as good as TJs, but they are just sea salt and they are still delicious. I may order again just to see if they come slightly opened again. But with a Trader Joe's nearby, I'll only get these if for some reason I can't get to TJs. They weren't dry, they had the right amount of REAL olive oil and salt. Softer texture than a regular almond...that's why I love them!
