Stay away appalling product!!
Chair was purchased for my wife who was returning to the office following a skiing accident in which she broke her back. Awful, flimsy, chair. Materials used are cheap. Absolute rip off. Company made returning the chair so difficult. Clearly did not want to issue any sort of refund. Still trying to get our money back. Did purchase a Hinomi chair which really is excellent!!
