Très bon couteau à viande et pour émincer les légumes Également pour couper un rôti de bœuf ou de veau.Possibilité de faire de fines tranches vu la largeur de lame . Très tranchant et bonne prise en main.

Excellent quality, and very useful

This is a very well designed and well made lightweight slicing cleaver. The handle is hollow, and the blade is thin (1.8 mm at spine). The fit and finish is very good. My one criticism would be that the factory bevel is too wide of an angle, so plan to resharpen it. I reground it as a single bevel. I use this knife regularly--it's great if I just need to quickly slice a few veggies and don't feel like getting out a heavy knife.
