I rent and the curtain rail is flimsy so I can’t put up decent curtains. My sleep has been terrible as a result all year round. These were easy to put up and they do a very good job. I have a street lamp opposite my window and with these and the flimsy curtains. I have a good level of darkness that enables me to sleep and stay asleep. Highly recommended. And the bulldog clips are fine for holding the blinds halfway up during the day. Which is perfect for semi-privacy and sunlight for the room. Had these up for 5 weeks now. I cleaned the window area with gin before fixing them.

These blinds are perfect. I bought them as our blinds are on order. They were so easy to install. We 5 windows that needed blinds. We didn’t cut them, just overlapped them. Great adhesive. We got black and they block out light. It’s a bit fiddly clipping them up everyday, but they do look nice.

If like us you are waiting for shutters to be delivered then you will know just how frustrating being woken by the light at 5am can be. Let me start by saying these temporary blinds are definitely a solid solution to that problem while you wait. The blinds arrived packaged very strangely, one in a oddly shaped box and one wrapped in what looked like binliners and packing tape. Left out in the rain and bent in half I thought they would be ruined. However, they had survived fine. They are made of a light but strong black fabric material, not paper like some of the white ones. The material is thick and blocks out a good amount of light but certainly doesn't "black out" completely. They are very easy to fit. You simply measure the right width, cut them off at that width (being careful to keep the line straight) and then stick them onto the top window edge using double sided tape. It's a pretty simple process. I messed it up slightly initially by not cutting in a totally straight line, but it was easily rectified with some trimming. The blinds are a bit of a pain to draw up. In the same way as the paper ones you have to carefully concertina them up, gathering in our hands and then clipping them at the top. In all honestly you will probably just leave them closed if they are for a bedroom while you wait for a more permanent solution. The clips were missing for both of our blinds which was a big pain, but we had some left over from other windows. Overall I'd definitely recommend to help get a good night sleep, but did feel a bit let down by missing clips and the general packaging and condition they were left in.

These blinds are spot on for blocking out light. They are simple to install and remain firmly in position. On the negative side ; the clips provided for keeping the blinds up are totally inadequate. I’ve used pegs and have found that each blind needs several to keep it up. Not a great solution and one that spoils the practicality of these blinds.

Bought a three pack. Fitted one, and now have two that will go in the bin as it's outside of the Amazon return window. Issues: 1. Adhesive is not what I would call temporary - Fitted for 6 weeks and it pulled all the paint off my window recess so I now need to decorate. 2. The clips are too small for the consultina blind, at best youll be able to have the blind half open. I hope the seller sees this review and offers me a refund for the remaining two. I can post them back until they go out on the next bin collection day. I wouldn't offer them to anyone on a local freebie site based on my experience.

These are perfect for keeping the sunlight out All my blinds let light in dien the sides which indent mind but it wakes my children up These were easy to install seem to be sticking very well and keep the room dark really well I have the black ones dont know how good the other colours would be
