I use this for my morning coffee. It measures out a quarter cup of ground coffee perfect for my 4-cup coffee pot. Does not look like your average measuring cup adding visual appeal to my kitchen. I leave it in the clear air-tight canister with ground coffee on my countertop.

Very sturdy and gets the job done

This item was purchased in order to relieve my kitchen measuring cup of the duty of dog food scoop — and it has worked perfectly! We have a large breed dog that gets a couple scoops of food twice daily. The scoop is easy to handle and measures one cup at a time. I was a little concerned about the handle holding up but one month in and I’m no longer concerned; it is sturdy and withstanding twice daily dry dog food scooping like a champ. It’s cute, too!

Exactly what I needed! I give my dogs 3/4 cup each meal and it always annoyed me that I had to use two scoops to make up that amount... now I don't! And I love the long handle. Perfect for my needs.
