I take it after my morning meal. So far my sugar levels have behaved. 2 hours after breakfast my glucose level is around 90ish. I do not have any cravings or any urge to snack. Been using for approximately 3 months. No noticeable effects yet. But easy to swallow and ingredients as listed are good gor inflammation. Ordered a 2nd bottle. Will update progress. It's a good value if works.
