Good product
Seems to be a decent product.. pills are on the smaller size which is nice.. no taste and easy to digest with no side effects

I wanted to try these for a certain amount time before commenting, so it's been roughly a week and actually feel they're a product that I will continue to purchase and take daily. Especially since I only take 1 capsule daily verses 5 or more separate. This particular brand contains all the ingredients plus that are exceptionally beneficial for your health and if you're trying to maintain weight, keep blood sugars down and just be healthier, then this is something you need to purchase. There's no after taste, no indigestion, supports good health and it's a 5 month supply. Excellent product that is well worth the purchase at an unbelievable price.

It works!
It to be taking my blood sugars down. I take a half hour before I eat. My sugar has been lower and I'm not craving sweets as much.

Been using for approximately 3 months. No noticeable effects yet. But easy to swallow and ingredients as listed are good gor inflammation. Ordered a 2nd bottle. Will update progress. It's a good value if works.

I take it after my morning meal. So far my sugar levels have behaved. 2 hours after breakfast my glucose level is around 90ish. I do not have any cravings or any urge to snack. I am more active during the daytime. Happy about this discovery. Now i have to check my sgpt/alt levels in 2 weeks to see if there is no adverse effects…
