This item is very good value for a burr grinder, as it doesn’t cost much more than some blade grinders. There is no comparison between a blade grinder which basically hacks the beans to pieces, as opposed to a burr grinder which grinds the coffee beans nicely. This unit runs fairly quietly, has a wide range of grind settings and an accurate digital timer to allow you to grind a precise quantity of coffee. The nearest thing to a quibble, is the fact that sometimes some ground coffee clings to the lid and can make a bit of a mess, if you don’t take care when removing the lid. You soon get used to it and learn to be more careful, after wiping up spilled coffee a few times.

Well what can I say it does exactly what I needed. The grinder has many settings which is nice but it will be left mainly on espresso for me as I have a espresso machine and was struggling to find good quality espresso ground coffee. I do have a hand grinder which is ok for one coffee but any more than that and it will take 20 minutes to grind this new grinder did a whole 250g bag in 2 minutes but obviously can grind as much as needed which is nice, it's very quiet and does a nice grind and you can extend the warranty by a simple email to two years which is also nice. Would recommend this grinder

Excellent grinder for drip, French Press and pour over, haven't tried expresso as it ain't my thing. Very quiet, sturdy and catch pot a decent size. Easy to use and clean Would definitely recommend for the price.

This is exactly what I wanted. Very compact but all the features you need. The settings or so easy to use. Set the type if grinds you want on one dial. Set the timer on another dial. One press and it switches off when it's done. Very quiet too.

Very nice coffee grinder. It is easy to use. I like the adjustment settings with different coffee grinds for difference coffee making processes. Also the digital timer is great. It is very good and the price is good.

Bought to replace another make of grinder that broke just after the guarantee ended. This one is excellent for uniform grinds from percolator course to mokka fine. I’ve had no problem using either but you will need to experiment to get the grind you want. The hopper and chamber is a good size for the beans. It’s relatively quiet and doesn’t take long to grind the required amount of beans you need. All in all this is a very good coffee grinder, no complaints so far. You can extend the guarantee for free too. Highly recommend.

Grinds well, and not as noisy as expected. Awkward to use when grinding single batch, when grinding a measured amount the last few beans don't grind. Bit of a faff to clean too.

£38 for a burr grinder is a really good price. I’ve been buying expensive coffee beans and grinding them with a blade grinder. I do feel daft. Everyone says that for grinding coffee beans you need a burr grinder. I didn’t think that it would make a difference and blade grinders are cheaper, but what a mistake I made. Anyway, the difference is huge. You can set how course or fine you want it and it just works amazingly well. The quality of the grounds compared to a blade grinder is insane and the taste of the coffee is so much better. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy this.
