Good stuff
Chlorella is so good for you. I cannot take swallowing pills, so I chose this powder form. Yes, it tastes kinda yucky, but I put it in our blueberry yogurt smoothies and that hides the taste very well. I found that it is important to start very slowly and do not take the recommended teaspoon amount at first; in fact, I started with 1/8 teaspoon and was working my way up, but when I got to half a teaspoon, I got a little bit sick at my stomach. So I backed off and am starting over again. I feel that it's important to take this stuff, so I'm going to keep trying! It's a good price here, it's on subscribe & save, so I will keep getting it from Amazon!
