The best (pour moi)!
Each to their own (clearly, as there so many long-standing brands for syrups out there) and this is the one for me. I dislike the American watery un-syrupy ‘syrup’ and the usual suspects you see in most cafes just didn’t taste right at home. This however (first discovered via Asda home delivery during lockdown) is for me the best tasting - and has the best viscosity. Just ignore the garish label artwork which would probably have put me off picking it off the shelf in a shop. If anyone ever reveals I have reviewed a caramel syrup on Amazon I will deny it, but I’ll not deny my love for Vedrenne!

The nicest syrup around!

BEST Vanilla Syrup! Packaging needs work.
I have tried many different types of syrups and flavoured coffees to get that delicious vanilla flavour in my coffee and this one is the best one by FAR. I add just under a teaspoon to my cup of coffee and it gives a lovely aroma off and beautiful taste. However, although I love this syrup there is one big problem for which I have taken off a star. The packaging. Why on earth would you deliver something in GLASS bottles without appropriate padding so that the bottles don't smash? My order arrived with 1 bottle completely smashed with the syrup all over the other bottles and leaked onto my kitchen floor leaving a sticky mess. I put in a complaint with Amazon and was refunded the full amount -which I wasn't expecting, I would have been ok with a partial refund. Thank you Amazon for that! Seller, PLEASE sort out the way you package these items as I'm clearly not the only customer who has received smashed bottles.

New to employ drivers who know what they are doing
Not a problem with the product but was not handed to the customer or delivered to the correct address. Not happy with Amazon service how can you hand something to someone who is no longer with us?

Best caramel syrup
Best caramel syrup by far! I love a caramel coffee and ive tried loads of different syrups but this one is by far the best hands down!
