Good quality MCT oil. While I flipflop between diets and other health choices, this helped me achieve certain goals while Intermittent Fasting. Very easy to use for my black coffee in the morning where I would add 15ml (1 tablespoon) of this MCT oil. There isn't any odd taste or smell and doesn't upset my stomach which I hear happens with some other products/brands. Starting off with 5ml (1 teaspoon) then increasing your dosage may help to find if you are sensitive to this product. Keeps my hunger at bay for some time before my actual eating window starts. So for those people wanting to try MCT oil for their own health benefits and uses then try this one. If this product is still cheaper than most then I will continue to keep purchasing.

Direkt nach meinem großen Glas Wasser am Morgen mixe ich mir meinen Shake um eine langanhaltende Sättigung zu erreichen. Dazu dient mir dieses hochwertige MCT Öl, denn durch die Caprylsäure habe ich den Eindruck, dass mein Geist morgens wach und fit wird. Caprylsäure stellt eine alternative und direkte Energiequelle des Körpers dar. Caprylsäure versorgt Muskeln und Gehirn mit Energie aus den Ketonkörpern. Zur Erklärung: Ketonkörper entstehen durch den Abbau von Fettsäuren in der Leber und sind ein wichtiger Energielieferant, wenn weitgehend auf Kohlenhydrate verzichtet wird. Über den Tag nehme ich wieder Kohlenhydrate zu mir, so eine strenge Diät mache ich nicht. Am frühen Morgen jedoch, da mag ich kein Frühstück und es dauert eine Weile, bis ich eine Mahlzeit zu mir nehme. Um jedoch beim Start in den Tag über die nötige Energie verfügen zu können, nutze ich dieses Öl. Mir gefällt, dass in dem Fläschchen mit 100ml einzig reines MCT Öl enthalten ist. Es ist geschmacksneutral und völlig klar. Das kleine Fläschchen bietet einen Vorrat für 10 Tage, da ich, entgegen der Verzehrempfehlung, lediglich 10ml tägliche verwende.
