I am using one of these in a mighty mule m500 automatic gate opener. It’s the first model, (very old), but was never used until I got it. I will go on and say we are using the solar panel to charge the battery and it does get a lot of sunlight every day. The gate is not surrounded by trees and the panel is facing slightly southwest. We have been using the opener since May and our gate opens and closes no more than 4 times a day. I’m pleased with the battery but wanted to give full application details as they may impact battery performance. It fits well in the control box I didn’t have to jam it in there. I think it’s worth the price and it’s nice to be able to get it delivered to my address.

Have a Cyberpower UPS with Seal batteries. Got an error code E02 which means filed to charge. Could be unit or batteries. I got these Lithium 10ah. Comparison. Seal bats were 12.9v at 9ah, and Lithin in 12.8v at 10ah. Once I tested UPS the old batteres were in fact no charging. Replaced with these higher end batteries and it was a flawless install. Perfect size and easy fit. The batteries were 99% charged and y the time I was done it went to 100%. I had orginally 396 minutes run time with a 1.5% load. Main used for my main finber and satelite internet. When I got this installed, it went to 420 minutes of run time. I have another unit and tested with that 1.5% load. Unplugged the unit and waited 10 minutes and it dropped from 396 to 379 minutes. On the new setup same test went from 420 to 416 in 10 minutes. WOW! In the end the new battereies worked perfect and I should do all mine UPS units this way, something to think about. I could have replaced the unit at $259 or get these at $63. I have been sold on the idea many years ago to use a UPS on everything you need power to when you have an outtage or like me or live in a rural area with contant drops or spikes, then a UPS is a must. Hope this helps some of you. I will start to place my batteries now before the actual units go back. And the fact they hodl a better charge is a win! Oh and old batteries will recharge at 2.7 amp max where these new one will 5am max. So faster recharge time when they do drain.

So happy I replaced my old 12V 9 amp hr lead acid battery in my Silent Partner tennis machine for this lithium phosphate battery. This has been a great purchase! I also purchased a lithium specific 2 amp battery charger for this new battery. This was an easy replacement for my tennis ball machine - exact fit, same F2 terminals. Performance is much better than prior battery and I am looking forward to the much longer much longer lifespan of a lithium battery. Also so nice to hear that it may be chargeable 8,000 cycles ( assuming I don’t let it get below 20% charge, that I don’t store it at high high temperatures, and that I do long term storage at 50-60% charge). This is such an improvement over the 300 to 500 charge cycles of lead acid battery. Also a big plus is that this lithium battery is 2 lb lighter, so it is a lot easier to lift the tennis ball machine into my car. Suggest purchasers consider buying a cheap voltmeter to charge track of charge status as the discharge curve drops off precipitously at 12.9 volts, as do all lithium phosphate batteries. What a value. I am most pleased.

These are a great conversion for your Rascal scooter (and I presume any other scooter). The charge lasts forever compared to the OEM batteries. The difference in power is significant too. YOU WILL NEED THE UPGRADED CHARGER. THE FIRST TIME YOU RUN THESE COMPLETELY DEAD, YOUR OLD CHARGER WILL BE UNABLE TO INITIATE A CHARGE due to the built in electronics on these.

I don’t understand why golden mate is asking for a review of this product when I have had it for just a few days. Therefore, I have been unable to really test it or determine whether or not this battery lives up to the expectations claimed by the manufacturer. This new lithium iron phosphate batteries feel a little untested to me so far, so the jury is still out as to whether or not they will perform as well as the manufacturer claims. I am giving this battery 4 stars simply because of the price, it’s significantly reduced weight compared to a lead acid battery, and the fact that so far it seems to be working. Just this morning, we happened to have an outage, however, power was restored within about 60 seconds, so it wasn’t really a fair test of this battery.

I got this to power a ham radio go-box. When it arrived I put it on a LiPo charger and charged it to full capacity, then put it on a load tester. It put out 13.02 A/H before the BMS shut down. I recharged it and repeated the test with the same result. Granted this is only two cycles over a short term, but the results are encouraging.
