The customer service team was unhelpful, offering generic responses and passing the buck between departments. I was asked to provide endless documentation, including photos and videos, as if I were the one at fault. Despite following every instruction, my return request was delayed repeatedly, with no clear resolution in sight. Exploitative Practices and Zero Accountability What’s even more infuriating is Amazon’s blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The platform’s policies seem designed to protect sellers at the expense of buyers. The burden of proof is entirely on the customer, and the return process is so convoluted that many people simply give up. This is not just poor service—it’s exploitative. Amazon.in has clearly shifted its focus from customer-centricity to profit maximization. The platform no longer values the trust of its customers, and it shows in every interaction. The Competition is Light-Years Ahead While Amazon.in continues to disappoint, I’ve had far better experiences with competitors like Tata Cliq, Blinkit, and Zepto. Tata Cliq offers a seamless shopping experience with a strong emphasis on quality and authenticity. This Morphy Richards 52L OTG is absolutely worth it. I received a completely sealed, brand-new unit in perfect condition. The build quality, looks, and performance are superb. I tested all the functions — heating, convection fan, rotisserie, lights — everything works smoothly. Great for baking, roasting, and especially Christmas cakes. The size is perfect and the oven looks premium in the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase and the value for money. Highly recommended!

Pathetic product quality Donot buy this brand. Within merely 15 days of buying, Our OTG glass door burst/ exploded with merely 5 minutes of preheating. In place of immediately taking action, the company is ignoring the complaint.
