I bought this for me and my mother who suffers from neuropathy due to chemotherapy. I also take it to help with nerve damage that I acquired when I damaged my tooth. I also noticed that I get a good boost of awareness and energy after I take one of these in the morning. NOW is a good solid brand that has a food-based B-100 Complex supplement that contains all the important B vitamins in healthy concentrations. Various B vitamins have many functions and benefits and not just the ones above. I think the only complaint I have is that the tablets are pretty large and may be hard to swallow for those who have a hard time swallowing hard tablets in general. Just a warning, taking one of these will make your urine really bright yellow!

These are larger size if you have difficulty swallowing. Otherwise Now brand has been a dependable brand for a long time.

Thsi is just a top-notch product at a fantastic price. It's often difficult for me to find B-100 on the shelves in my local stores, but I can always find them on Amazon, and the price beats anything I see out in the stores, with larger bottles, as well! I pay less and get more! That's a win! These have become an essential part of my daily vitamin regimen. Highly recommended!

Includes the main B-vitamins, including 3 important ones (see bottom of label; Choline, Inositol, PABA) that are omitted in many other formulas. I try to use the same amount that I would get in food, to keep it natural as possible. For niacin; I use a pure niacin separately. Prefer that and food sources (peanuts...). Prefer no niacinamide (which is in this product). But; it does prevent the flushing that pure true niacin causes. True niacin is healthier, if you take it right. Some other concerns about the high amounts, seems imbalanced. I am looking around for a 100% natural product and in food source amount, BALANCED correct.

I love NOW supplements- a wonderful value for the money, and I love that they almost always are 1 capsule/tablet per serving. This one is not as big as some other B supplements, doesn't smell as strongly as some do, and doesn't feel like as much comes out in neon yellow urine. I take for energy and general overall wellbeing when I stopped taking Bupropion, which like all anti-depressants, caused good side effects but those weren't enough to overwrite the bad. I get as much energy from this as I do from the low dose Bupropion. It's awesome! I do take in the morning, for energy and to avoid interfering with my sleep, though I am unsure if it would. Overall, I have been taking for over a year and I like it a lot!

I have used other Now brand supplements in the past and have always been pleased with them. These B-100 supplements were no exception. They are a little bit bigger than i am used to and a little hard to swallow, but I cut them in half and they go down no problem. There is no taste that I have noticed. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a quality supplement.

I trust and enjoy this brand and am happy with the vitamins. However, these are larger than any other Vitamin Bs I have used previously and I have to take them separately from other pills. If you find large pills challenging this might not be the best option for you.

粒は大きいですが違和感はありません。

定期的にビタミンを飲んでいます。このナウフーズのサプリは大手だから安心感があります。

口内炎が気になったため、ビタミンB2とB6を摂るべく購入。これは100粒入っていて、かつ私が欲しい量が１日この半分で良いため、コスパも十分。ただ、届いてびっくり。１粒2cmあって、半分にしても大きい。まあ、なんとか飲めるかな。試してみます。

身体にいいと信じて飲んでます。 いいような気はしてます。
