Arrived earlier than the expected date which was nice. It was very easy to assemble. I didn't have any issues, and it came with directions and the simple tools needed to put it together. It doesn't take up a lot of space and isn't too heavy so I'm able to move it around the house okay. I like the resistance. Ive only tried it with all 3 bands so far but this will be perfect for getting my strength back. You have options to adjust it to a setting that's comfortable for you, so that's pretty nice. After having 2 babies and a lower back injury (Herniated disks) I've become very weak over time but am ready to get my strength back up. I like that it has a seat so the exercise is balanced and I would say low impact. At least I would say this for my back it feels low impact. You can definitely feel a good burn in your legs after doing some squats for sure. Doing regular squats hurts sometimes with the movements but having a full body squat with the seat and the handlebar makes it easier to control my exercise without over exserting myself. I like that I will be able to use this in my home without having to find someone to watch my little ones. It's quiet and sturdy, I can use it while my babies are sleeping or just whenever I have free time and want to get a few squats in. I enjoy that it not only strengthens your legs and butt, but also your upper body as well. Like your arms and between your shoulders. I've now have this machine for squats along side an under the desk treadmill/walking pad. I'm excited to see the results over time :)

I don't usually review Amazon products I buy, but this one has really impressed me so far. The quality of the product was much better than I expected for the low price that I paid. This machine is well designed and well built, and they put thought into little details which made it very easy to assemble and start using. I'm a heavier guy and this thing is plenty sturdy for me. I've only been using it about a week so far but I would definitely buy another Merach product and would recommend this squat rowing machine to anyone looking for a compact, effective home workout machine. It turns my legs to rubber and gets my heart rate up and yet I feel comfortable while using it, even though I am exerting myself. You can really fine tune the difficulty easily by adjusting the resistance bands attached to the seat, how deep the squat goes, your grip, the duration and pace. It is also quite compact, even when it is set up to use. When you fold it up, it could easily go in a closet or corner of a room. I am excited to use it more and feel like it will last me for many years.

Great little squat machine for working out at home if u have limited space for storage. It does what it's supposed to, I do 100 or more whenever I workout n I can feel my muscles in my legs n glute burning that tells me it's working. Well worth the money I spent on it. Definitely recommend n would buy again.

I love this is very smooth and has helped me so much with my weight journey. I would definitely buy this again if I needed to and I have recommended this to my friends.

My daughter put it together and we both tried it out, she said that it seems more for legs and arms not abs.

My 9 year old grandson put this sturdy machine together for me. My family has tried a short workout and all agree this is a fun and good workout. Looking forward to the next workout.

The item arrived later than expected but was due to the actual shipping process, not the shipper! This machine was easy to put together and let me tell you, you feel it! I was hoping to feel it more in the ab section and arms, but my thighs hurt! Well worth the money! It is easily movable, not heavy and does not take up much space. Great choice!

Super easy to assemble and looks just like the photos. Used it twice already. Using for 30 mins at a time. I would like more highrr resistance bands though. But you can actually feel the difference too. And for the price! Excellent! Easy to fold up too..Also works your shoulders, chest & arms too.
