Great bit of kit for the money, worked like a charm on a Seiko bracelet. Really easy to use, plenty of different size options for tapping the pins through. Good sturdy little hammer etc... What the description didn't advertise, was there's even more extras, a bag of spare bracelet pins, and a bag of spring bars. Excellent for the money.

Bought so that my partner could have a go at repairing a 25 year old watch where links had come loose For the price this was a good set, easy to use but as it was only lightweight it did take quite a lot of time to do the job. Saved a fortune on taking it to a shop...you need patience though and a steady hand as parts are small!

These tools are seriously a lifesaver for personal use at home. They're incredibly easy to use, which is a huge plus. I especially love that they have adjustable parts, making it super simple to remove pins. Plus, the delivery was fast!

The main tool snapped on first use, mainly my own fault as the strap wasn't lined up properly due to the adjustable hight plate not going high enough, if you're not a heavy handed buffoon like myself and take a little more care it may last longer, luckily there is a good selection of other tools and a wee mallet to complete the job i almost cocked up.

Good value, this is a comprehensive kit which did its job without any drama. I notice that a number of reviewers have complained that the pins which drive the strap pins out bend easily and I may have discovered the reason. I did not realise that on many straps the pins can only be driven out in one direction and if you try to drive them out the other way then problems arise. I only discovered this because my new strap has arrows on it showing which way the pins come out. If this had not been the case, I may well have been cursing this kit too so if the pins do not pop out easily then try driving them the other way.

I'm such a novice at this. I thought that the end of the pin that looks like a screw meant that I needed a small screwdriver, like you'd use for eyeglasses. But no, that's just where the pin is split to apply compression when it's squeezed or forced in place. So, a watch link removal kit like this Jorest kit is all I needed. It comes with instructions and extra parts. I adjusted three of my wife's watch bands quickly and easily. I had never noticed on a watch band those little arrows showing which way the pin is to be pushed. We used to go to stores and have this done when we'd buy a new watch band, but not everyone does this anymore. With this Jorest tool, it's easy. This is also a great price. I found others more expensive, that didn't even come with all that this kit has.
