Very accurate, easy to use scale
Probably the best scale we have ever owned. It’s a bit too large to leave sitting out but fits easily in the cabinet. Large display with both pound and kg settings. No problems after 6 months of use.

Well built; works great
A fine, well-made tool. Reliably and ACCURATELY weighs whatever you put on it... up to 550 lb. No remembering and factoring in prior readings... no biasing, no bs. Just quick accurate weights. Needs a hard flat surface. Mine rests on a flat wooden board (12" X 24") on a carpeted floor. Grouted tile floors might also be problematic... in which case, just put down a flat board for the scale to rest on.

Wow, a digital scale that is actually precise!
If you're sick and tired of scales lying to you, this is the scale you need. Every scale from the cheapest $10 up to the fancy $90 ones with apps all lie. They add up the weight distributed over their load cells, pick a value, and store it. If you try to get back on the scale within a time frame (up to 3 minutes) it will give you the identical weight if you're within a certain tolerance of the last saved weight. This, I presume, gives the illusion that their scale is precise, with repeatability. However, if you wait 5 minutes and try again, it will add up a new weight and it will almost certainly be different - sometimes by pounds! Not this scale. This scale is simply reading the load cells from the controller, adding them up, and displaying the value in increments of 0.2lbs. No memory, and high precision (multiple reads give same reading). I can't attest to the accuracy, but given the high precision, you could easily correct accuracy using known weights. The only scale more precise than this is a full analog scale you'd find at a Dr's office.

Worth the price.
As many have mentioned the $25-50 digital scales are junk. I started off with one from Wal-Mart and went thru 5 of them to find one that worked only barely, was not accurate and very fussy where it was placed on the floor and where I stood on it. Tried others brands that were no better and read 100s of reviews. At that point I searched on doctor scales and found this one. At 5-10 times the price it is a tough choice to make and I’m glad I did. I have only had it a couple days and if my opinion changes I will edit this review. My initial thoughts are this is a real quality piece of equipment. I’m using the battery and table-mounting holder for the unit at this point as I don’t have a place to leave it out yet. It takes a 9v battery so I suspect it will last a long time. If not I will switch to the included wall transformer. It reads out in .2 pound increments and I tried it a dozen times and it repeated each time. Something none of the cheaper scales would do. There is nothing fancy about it simple square box that sits on the floor and is nicely finished. It is pretty heavy and that is a sign of quality IMO. The 550 pound rating is pretty high and anyone under 450 should have no worries with this model. I’m a big guy at 270 pounds and that may have been some of the problems with cheap scales with a 300-350 limit. I don’t really know. I’m giving this 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

VERY ACCURATE
so happy I got this medical scale! My other one was a cheap gifted one from my mom. Tbh it was somewhat accurate, however taking off clothes or holding something extra wouldn’t change the number (on my cheap old one). However on the medical scale I can pick up something even as light as a Toliet paper roll and it will show the weight difference! Or I can take off my Apple Watch and it will show the weight difference! So happy to have this on my weight loss journey, it will help significantly! No more second guessing my weight, and can see water weight retention through out the day! Wooo hoooo!!! I totally recommend it! Btw the metal pieces it comes with isn’t to mount it to the wall. You can see in the description pics the metal stand is to set up to hold the digital reader on a table. To mount it on the wall just get two screws and screw into the wall and mount the digital reader directly onto the screws! Yay! Awesome scale!

Good scale, but missing hardware
This is the second one I have purchased. It’s good, and works well, but BOTH came missing mounting hardware for the display!

Accurate and Easy to Use - Difficult to Mount on Wall
I love this scale! The item was packaged well and was easy to remove from the box. There are only a few pieces, and they are easy to hook up. The digital display has large numbers with good contrast, making them easy to read even for those with vision issues. The scale is accurate when compared with my old balance beam scale. The platform is wide enough to stand on without losing balance. My only criticism: I was able to mount the digital display on the steel mounting plate BEFORE I screwed it to the wall - but not after. I just can't seem to get the display flat enough to the wall to hook it in the appropriate holes. Thankfully, I have a towel rack that I can just set the display on. There is also a separate stand for setting the display panel on a countertop, but that doesn't work with my room. Even with the mounting issue, I still find this a good product.

Decent Scale
Just set it up and am so far happy with it. Description says something about a 9v battery, but my digital display takes three AAA batteries, so who knows what that's about. I bought some velcro to mount it on the wall as the metal plate seems like overkill.

Me gustó que es fácil de usar, pero en el instructivo trae dos puedas para darle soporte y solo me llegó una pieza y no puedo pararlo en mi escritorio como en la imagen
