Oxford Reading Tree: Level 4: Stories: Pack of 6

Children love these books, as they are familiar with the characters within these stories, as these series of books are used within most schools. Great to help children see their own development in their reading skills. Love the stories too.

Brilliant series of book for emerging readers. My 4 years old loves the books and is now starting to read more confidently.

Absolutely great books

This is a good series of books for young learners, with lots of suggestions for teachers and/or parents to guide children's leaning of new vocabulary. The books were originally published in the mid 80's , and it shows (very big computers, camcorders, no mobile phones) but the social attitudes displayed are remarkably progressive for their time in terms of gender and ethnic diversity, so modern parents need feel no hesitancy on this score. My only quibble is that the asking price seems quite a lot for six slim books.

My granddaughter has really enjoyed reading these books.

Love the stories in these books- well written, engaging illustrations and lots of high frequency words. Really helpful for struggling readers that have interest in more complex stories but need a lower reading level to decode the words
