MN Cutter
It is a bit pricey for what it actually does, but it's got the expected MusicNomad quality. I recently bought it so I can't say much on durability, but it looks well-built and I expect it to last a long time.

Most cutters do the job and I've used a variety of hand tools in the work box. This cutter is voiced as a dedicated cutter for strings and I expect it to work (in the next couple of days!, so maybe will update) like most other cutters no better/no worse.
